Incredibly challenging to order and understand the process. After 30-45 minutes of ordering issues, company emailed stating must be a browser and clearing cookies issue. Logged on with my Mac, and finally able to place first order. Liked the first couple weeks, so signed up for recurring meals. Last week, I was unable to log in and review order due to work being really busy. Figured this was OK since I am on recurring order. Unfortunately, receiving (2) of the exact same meal and another meal same as prior week. After complaining, I was informed by yet another LONG email, that I must change the filter on my orders. I...don't know how to describe how happy I am with this service. I was going to have it sent to to my gym then realized I was lazy and changed it to delivery to my house. Monday morning rolls around and right outside my front door are two black bags filled with fresh portion controlled meals that are so tasty. Honestly, it is like having a personal chef. When everyone says oh my body would look like a celebrity too if I could afford a chef and a trainer. Well this is as close as us mere mortals can get. And its amazing. I have yet to try anything that wasn't delicious, and I'm just reheating stuff in the microwave. And that doesn't mention the time you save. I thought great! No more sundays meal prepping. And that's true. BUT...hardly ever going to the grocery store, no dishes, no having to go out to eat. Not eating the same thing over and over. YES YES YES. You will not regret it. of all the ridiculous encounters I have had, territory is pretty up there. Their website is very vague about the quality of food they use yet they seem to imply that is is top of the line. I sent an email asking about the quality, as I am only interested in organic, local, pastured, etc. They begin by responding by copying and pasting from their website as a reply. I finally got the man to try to reach out to the local manager about the quality of the food. None of it was organic he said, and nothing was pastured (even though their website claims that their beef is). they said the eggs were pasteurized and I asked if they meant pastured. nope, they mean pasteurized. BUt then he went on to say that they ONLY use the highest quality ingredients. I kept trying to get them to see that buying conventional food from Keany or Sysco was not tp quality and that to me, the best food was locally grown and freshly picked, pasture raised and finished, and organic. he confirmed none if it was but then always ended by saying they only use the HIGHEST quality food. I'm sorry... do you not hear what you are saying? I finally asked what brands they use. He ignored my questions and ended the conversation. I asked this question to TWO other people and they refused to tell me what brands they use for their meat or where they get them. That is telling right there. So pretty much you are paying for low quality food claiming to be high quality and prepared in a "fancy" way. Put your money someplace else. on a positive note I am glad they don't use wheat or sugar or refined vegetable oils. thats why they get a star. read more

I was expecting a delivery today at my place of business but after receiving notification, realized that the food is scheduled to arrive between 10 pm and 7 am. Granted I have not used Power Supply as long as other reviewers (this is my second week). However, only once per week have I had a meal that I thought was good and that I would like to have again. The upshot is I think the chef's ideas are pretty decent in terms of flavors, but the execution is not good enough for the price. Pros: - Able to maintain dietary restrictions without having to spend my whole life in the kitchen - Decent customer service: there was a meal that I thought was inedible and they credited me when I contacted them. Cons: - Not exciting. Best part is usually the sauce and there is never enough in the XL meals. - Not enough veggies. I get the XL meals and it seems like they just double the meat, which throws off the proportion. - Cheap meat. So far Power Supply only uses chicken thigh in chicken dishes. This is cheap, and I doubt it's organic. It's fatty, and it's not most people's preference for chicken. No thank you. read more

My review is long overdue. I've been using Power Supply for over a year and I love it. I don't have time to cook delicious meals plus I hate, hate, hate cooking so the convenience of freshly prepared, balanced meals are a big plus for me. When I first started, the food was a bit repetitive but now they are introducing new dishes all the time. You can mod your menu each week so you can always eat what you like and leave out what you don't. I've had to pause my meals when on vacation or work travel and it's always been easy. The website is easy to navigate and if you have questions, they get back to you quickly. I also I recently switched my pickup location and it was a seamless transition. I did do some calculations and it turns out that I am spending about $20-30 more/week on food (compared to buying items at the grocery store) but I'm saving a lot of time by not having to prepare my own meals so to me, it's completely worth it. I also like that I can cancel anytime so there is not "membership" or commitment. Overall, Power Supply is life saver for me and the customer service is top notch. read more

I also found Sophie, the representative, very helpful and approachable. She was just lovely and encouraged me to contact her. I have tried several food services. This one has good food, delivered to a place one block from home, so it was a good choice. The website is very difficult to navigate. It does not clearly show what is lunch or dinner. Sometimes you see a "3" next to the breakfast and you realize that they assigned you the same breakfast three mornings in a row. My husband and I used the service. It was unable to process two people on the same credit card. I tried speaking with them but they could not figure it out. In fact the customer service representative wrote the words "Alas, since you and your husband use only one credit card, we cannot send you any food this week." -- and she meant it. I came back from travel to find no food. The food is OK. The infrastructure is pitiful. Explaining that a family uses one credit card is too complicated. Imagine families of six or more? Six credit cards or no food. Be prepared for poor customer service. read more

I have used prior food delivery services in other cities and have never had these problems! I have used Territory three times the first 2 were fine, but to choose your meals you have to DELETE THEIR CHOICES. For the third order I received an email saying that an order was placed ,(food that I did not choose). I emailed back that I didn't want the order. The next day I called multiple times. I could never reach someone, the local telephone number asked for an email or phone. I did not receive a call back. Apparently their default on their website is a weekly orders, if i couldn't cancel at least I wanted food my family would eat. Food was what you asked for but they continue to auto sign you up for their weekly food plan. I just want these meals every once in a while. I go out of my way to make sure i am not hitting a subscription button but every time i find out the following week I'm being charged for meals i didn't order. And when you try and unsubscribe, it's more difficult than getting out of your cable contract. I won't be using this service until they can get their act together. I have been looking around for a good food preparation company. Territory kept coming up on my Instagram feed and they good reviews at the time, so I gave it a try. Horrible experience. Their delivery system is absurd. The 1st week I ordered my order arrived at 3am. They sent me an email letting me know it would be delivered sometime between 1am and 7am (seriously). I received a text message saying "your delivery has been completed" at about 2am. I wake up get out of bed as groggy as can be (I had to work the next morning) No order was at my door. I live in an apartment complex so I was afraid someone would take it if I left it til morning. I was confused by the order not being at my door as I had just received the text message minutes ago. LONG story short. My delivery was left in front of the leasing office. Which is a 3-4 minute walk from my apartment. At 2am in freezing cold weather. I'm not making that walk. I left specific instructions and how to get to my door. I contacted their team and let them know what happened and they did give me a credit on my territory account so I tried again. Everyone deserves a second chance. My second delivery was left at my door, that next Monday at 5am. These delivery times are rediculous. The food was ok but not worth the cost. I will continue my search for a good food preparation service. read more

My wife and I started this food delivery service this week and it is really great. Neither of us have time to cook, hate spending all the money on eating out, and would like to control our portions and "eat real food, mostly plants, not too much". In the not too distant past, we tried Diet to go - sorry to say that plan is a tasteless, repetitive carb focused alternative. Power Supply food has been fantastic. The Boost size lunches and dinners are just right for us - the variety, quality and flavors have been wonderful, and the pick up location is half a block from our home. What a great service! I get my own paleo chef who comes up with creative and yummy meals, and I don't have to cook, shop, clean pans, plan the menus, or worry about the nutrition/quality. Generous portions, too. The largest size makes 2 meals for me. Delivery is convenient and the food is really fresh and delicious (so far :). I LOVE that I don't have to cook it myself to get wholesome, well-planned paleo meals (~50 grams of protein!!) For one person, it's very cost-effective. Better food, less stress. I was expecting boring bland dishes, but I was so wrong! It is absolutely yummy and the weekly variety is great! I find that at times I can't even finish a "boost" size portion. Of course I'm also on the smaller side so it would be different for someone of average size. This service is perfect for someone who doesn't have the time or patience for meal prep. I did compare it to another company and while it is a little more money, I found that the quality exceeds the other by far. The only thing I would say that might be negative is that they don't offer breakfast....yet! Keep up the good work! read more

I am very disappointed with my experience with Territory Foods. Their customer service lacked professionalism and has led me to not trust their business practice. I have email confirmation that I was supposed to get a delivery on Monday however I believe there was a glitch in their computer systems because when I checked again a few days later it said I had no order at all. I automatically emailed customer service and explain this mix up and unfortunately even though the customer service representative was prompt to originally reply, they then ignored my email for the rest of the day from 8:34 am through the evening. There is a phone number listed on the website but no customer service Representatives who tend to the phones so you can only leave a message. I finally received the call back around 8 p.m. in the evening. That person was empathetic and saw their company's mistake, but said I could not speak to a manager and that a manager would call me back the next day. It is now the next day, at 6:25 p.m. and I have yet to hear from the manager. That same representative who called me has been responsive and said I should hear from someone today but it is now the evening. It seems too late to rectify this situation since delivery was for this Monday. Im pretty shocked they wouldn't just deliver the food. I have an email confirming it was for delivery, which is why this entire situation is extremely shocking. The food was hit or miss, but nothing is worth this amount of trouble. I just hope I get my full refund so that I never have to deal with them again. Update ... It has now been 5 days and no one has returned my call. read more

I have been thoroughly satisfied with territory foods. I get the standard size. I get about 2 helpings out of this size. I feel full after each helping. Its pricey, but I spend the same amount or more at work. Working 12 to 13 hr shifts limits how much time i have to cook, so eating out is an option I have used and abused. I have contacted them about 10 times for the same issue ( not kidding. ) I was charged even after I had sent them an email regarding financial issues with the company. They had resolved the problem once, but they haven't responded. I love the convenience of this product and it is a wonderful idea but BEWARE of the cost and keep an eye on your bank account. I wasn't going to write a review, but I am not in a position financially to be paying this much (which I have conveyed to them.) I work 2 jobs and am trying to make ends meet. I tried calling multiple times without an answer. The first time I was directed to a different phone number. When called, there was an auto message stating that they weren't available. They are AWFUL. The food sucks, the delivery people are inept at their jobs, they have zero communication options (no direct calling, no texting with people, take forever to email you back), they hire stupid people who can't figure out basic gate codes and leave your food for anyone to take who is walking by my sidewalk. They use non recyclable plastic that will end up polluting our oceans, they don't pick up their oversized bags. Their customer service ALWAYS responds in a way that suggests that you, the customer, did something wrong. Conclusion? Stay away, there are better options for food delivery out there. So glad I found territory! Since I've been ordering from them, I've seen the company transition from power supply and add many more chefs and delicious meals. My husband and I relied on the meals while we were very busy and wedding planning and both had great success combining this with our workout routine to get into shape! There's only a small handful of meals that I don't like (and I'm picky!) and everything else is great. I particularly like the butternut squash or sweet potato croquettes meals. I've had 4 meals from Territory so far and they've all been delicious and filling. For me, I'm actually saving money because I tend to spend more on pricier seafood/lean meats trying to make good dinners. Lunches I manage to meal prep but they're never really satisfying. The chefs clearly put a lot of thought and talent into their recipes and it's not the kind of regular meal prep you end up with when you DIY. Everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned and most importantly you get a variety which keeps a lot of folks from derailing. Pickup location is convenient at my gym - I will update the review if anything changes. Only downside is that I think everyone should get a coupon code as a new customer. Even if it's not $50 off, $30 should be standard. I googled to try and a code, but the one I tried didn't work, although Meg D. who ordered around the same time as I did, knew of a code that did work for first time order. read more
