I asked for help repairing my washing machine, which had stopped mid-cycle and would not restart…read more Chuck got back to me via email and phone, and suggested that it was likely the lid switch - he found me the exact part number, a video explaining how to access the faulty switch for replacement, and insisted I try to fix it myself before hiring him to help. It turned into a $15 fix myself, and my washer is back to working again. In doing so, I'm imagining Chuck turned down an easy $100 or so that he could have charged to do the service. Being able to recognize an easy fix, and looking out for me to be able to save some cash, shows tremendous character and respect. Chuck has earned himself and this repair shop a return customer, if and when I have an appliance break in a way I can't fix.

They had a very tight schedule, but they found a way to work with our new times, and complied. Great job! They were even great to move our old refrigerator to the garage (and not cart it themselves) so that a local charity could retrieve it easily. The appliances which were purchased are all wonderful. Not everything needed to be in the store, but the insight of the sales reps were very helpful in our determining what units to purchase. All in all, a great experience; we would definitely use again.

A few months later our combo microwave/oven had shut off unexpectedly, and we felt confident calling them again for this since we purchased all of our appliances from the store, and they recommended them. They came out a few times between the week of Thanksgiving in November-December 2025. First it was an electrical board issue- which they rerouted so we can use the oven. We were told they needed to order a part, and they'd call us to schedule once they received the part. The part came in, but it was wrong and the job couldn't be completed. They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. We have had to purchase another microwave and put it on our kitchen island because it's been 7-8 months without resolution.
