We were thrilled with the attention we were given after the interior glass window shattered during a cooking cycle on a GE oven that we purchased at Marsillio's. After an email to Dave Marsillio, Jr., I received a prompt personal reply from Dave and he arranged for a GE Factory Service technician to come to our house early during the COVID-19 lockdown. The service person was tremendously courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, had a new window shipped directly to our home in two days, and then quickly returned to install it for us. This is a great testimony to the after sale service by both Marsillio's and the GE Factory Service organization as its partner to help consumers. I rarely leave reviews, but this company fully deserves a 5-star rating. After two months of living without washer and dryer and few unsuccessful and highly stressful attempts at deliver and installation with Home Depot and then AJ Madison (don't even get me started on this one. That's for another review which will get 0-stars from me), the stars somehow lined up and i stumbled on their internet page. Within a week i had my washer dryer delivered and installed, and for less money than the other places were charging. Their manager Dave Easdon was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very responsive and accommodating and delivery/installation team was very professional and did a great job. I will go back to this company first for all my future appliances needs and highly recommend to everyone. read more

Their prices are competitive and beat the big box stores and I love that it is a family run business where quality and customer service are of the utmost importance. Josh was so incredibly detail oriented and knowledgeable. I just gutted and remodeled my kitchen and needed all new appliance and didn't even know where to begin. Josh helped me every step of the way, was available to answer all my questions (there were many!) and made the process so easy. We are doing a large home renovation that includes are kitchen. We ordered our appliances through Marsillio's. They told us in advance that their were delays due to the pandemic and we understood. Luckily with the new build we weren't in a rush. Our appliances eventually came in and we weren't ready to receive them so Marsillio's graciously stored them at their warehouse at no cost which was a huge help for us. They called last week and let us know that the warehouse is getting full and if we could consider taking our appliances. We had no problem saying yes after they did us the favor of storing them for 2 months. Great company to work with. Gorgeous appliances. Great communication. Marsilio's makes my day every time I have an appliance issue. When I remodeled my kitchen, they had all the appliances I wanted and at a very good price. The best part they didn't try a sell me on the next bigger model for only $150 more type sales pitch. Instead they listened to what I was looking for out of the appliances and in one instance sold me on the next model down for less money. Quality sale man ship, unlike in the big box stores. Then when my wife called to get a service man to come out and fix our old laundry washing machine, I was pleasantly surprised to see the same quality servicing in my house that they offered in the store. We had once bought a refrigerator at a big box store. It broke within a few days. The box store would not take it back and swap it for an non defective product. We had to "talk to the computers" to schedule service appointments. We said never again! Purchases are all about somebody taking care of you. Marsillio's saved the day! Our builder-installed Viking has been failing for a while and you know it's time to get a new unit when the repair guy says he wouldn't sink more money into it. SO, We bought a Sub-Zero (two units actually stand alone refrigerator and stand alone freezer) from Marsillio's. Have purchased all of our appliances over the past 25 years from Marsillio's. (Dishwashers, stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, washer and dryer.) Have always been satisfied. We bought a speed queen washer from Marsillios 4 years ago. A week ago the motor went and had to be replaced. Although the motor was covered under warranty, it still cost $243.00 for labor to replace it. I called Speed queen to see it they could help offset the labor costs but they wouldn't. I called Marsillios and spoke with Dave and informed him of the problem we had. Dave offered to offset the cost of the labor and is sending us a check for half of it. It's to bad more companies don't do what Marsillios is doing which helps keep customers coming back for business in the future. read more

Marsillio's has always been my "go to" provider of major appliances. The service has always been excellent and their pricing is very competitive. I recently called Josh at Marsillio's to discuss the purchase of a new Lynx grill to replace an old rusted one. Josh suggested that I call Lynx regarding the warranty on the old grill before I purchased a new one. He sent me the warranty provisions by email and gave me the telephone number.
