Clark gave me a really great price to come jump start and charge my cars battery. Unfortunately I was in an accident a few months ago and my car was not reassembled correctly when I had the body work done on it and the front latch did not release the fronk. 2019 is a very difficult car to jump start. Clark went above and beyond to try and find another solution, but due to the body shops poor assembly the latch didn't budge. Had my latch worked how it was meant to work this would have been such an awesome solution. Now I know if I'm ever out of town and the heat is kicking on my battery too much to the point were my car is about to die, I can call this team to charge it up for me. All I have to do is unlock the port on my app and they'll plug and charge. Clark arrived super quick and that is that mine was non urgent since my battery died at my home. Keep up the amazing work and I will definitely call again if I ever run into this problem again.

In a target parking lot so shopping and restrooms are available nearby. Drivers were courteous at this location, with most only charging to 80% SOC, we were there less than 30 minutes and 6 cars came while we were charging and most were hooked up and charging in less than 15 minutes from the time they pulled into the wait line. We accidentally went to one that was a 72 kWh instead of a 250 kWh and didn't have a whole evening to burn, we wanted to get home! This location has 20 superchargers. Decently priced at $0.42/ kWh when we went in the evening, this was cheaper than the slow charge location! It was super fast less than 30 minutes and we were on our way. The mall does tend towards high end stores with a small smattering of standard stores but in general, there are a wide variety of stores. Plenty of dining options from high end or quick casual. You can even do your grocery shopping here as there is a Whole Foods market. They occasionally have special events. I happened to be here during the Lunar New Year event so one of the areas was decked out with Year of the Horse decorations. I also always walk by the Koi pond to see how the fishes are doing. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I visit.

It's had it's share of anchors leaving (think Circuit City and Forever 21), but the owner (Irvine Company) continues to pour money into it, to keep it fresh and relevant. As an example, when Forever 21 declared bankruptcy and closed its store in 2019, the building was demolished in 2022 to make way for a new Restoration Hardware gallery store...which we found to be quite nice. Parking is plentiful, (mostly) covered, and free, with a pedestrian bridge on the 3rd floor taking one to the main part of the mall. And it seems to be one of the most dog friendly malls in the area, which is saying a lot. One will see a lot of signs for something called 'The Lot', which is a high end, ultra-luxury, cinema/cafe/restaurant, geared towards the clientele that the area feeds.
