We arrived and the part was waiting for us and Jake came out to the car and put it on for us! He was very nice and professional. It took him about half an hour to remove the old hose and replace it with the new one. I offered him some money for helping us and he refused replying "This is what I do." I can't say enough about the young PROFESSIONALS at Advanced Auto Parts. We were in desperate need of help and they were kind and extremely nice.
