I've been coming to this business on and off for many years. They used to be a huge dealer for jet…read moreski's, snowmobiles, ATV's and other big boy toy types of fun outdoors items. But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

Customer Service that put the Customer First!…read more I wanted to take some time out of my day to write this review of Classic Cycle Parts. I needed a tire does not sound hard to find needed it to be 3 inches wide and 16 inches in diameter found what I liked was the DURO HF308 in this size I ordered said tire and received the wrong size from another company and they basically refused to speak to me even going as far as telling me in an email that talking to a customer is against there policy so i found a new vendor classic cycle parts so I call them ad a conversation about what I needed and wanted and yet there seemed to be some issues the young lady I spoke with to start with said that the model number did not look right so we ordered anyway just in the event that druo changed the model number and she said "if its wrong call me asap and we will see what we can do" tire arrived and it was wrong so I refused the delivery and called classic cycle parts back asap and they told me well we will go ahead and refund you the money and I was told "we will keep an eye out for what you want" here is where the shine started i though oh yeah i wont hear back from them and I won't get my tire to my surprise 5 days later i got a call from Taylor at classic cycle parts " we found your tire" I was in shock not that they found it but that they had taken the 5 days to call i don't know how many warehouses to find this tire and that they had a physical picture of this tire so they sent me the picture to confirm they had it and 5 days after my last wrong tire my correct tire is on its way many times companies make a promise to call you back or find what your looking for and as soon as your off the phone your an after though and never hear back customer service is strong with classic cycle parts I cant say enough good things about how they went the extra mile to help save my project!!!

Updated review I purchased a motorcycle seat from Brock's…read morePerformance. For $400 I expected a much better product. the seat material wasn't stretched tight enough and had wrinkles. The front mounting brackets were not placed in the correct position so the holes did not line up with the mounting bolts on the motorcycle. Very poor quality and fit. After I complained they gave me a choice between a partial refund or returning the seat. I had already modified the seat so it could be mounted on the bike because I had a long ride coming up, so I choose the partial refund. I will be buying a different seat to replace the Brock's seat soon as having a wrinkled seat on a $25,000+ bike would bother me every time I rode it. So I would rate them between a 1 (not good) and 2 (could be better).

I needed to stop by a NAPA Auto Parts after work, so I appreciated that they were open until…read more7:00pm! The other NAPAs in the area were closed by the time I was off. The guy I worked with was very polite and helpful. My only issue was that there was no concern for public health during the current coronavirus pandemic. None of the employees were wearing masks. There was no signage regarding protocols. No sanitizer was available. So, would most likely be a great place to shop, just not during a pandemic!
