Great delivery experience and Angel did a great job giving me a tutorial on all the settings!

What a great experience. I walked into the store cold and met AJ, one of many sales reps. AJ Walked me through the various models and features and answered all my questions. The Y was perfect for what I was looking for. I was amazed when AJ said a new one could be delivered to me in 5 days. I went home, clicked the order link he sent me, and yep, it confirmed Friday delivery (yesterday), and it arrived 3 hours ahead of schedule right to my front door; FANTASTIC! AJ called me to ensure I received the Y and was happy so far and answered a few questions. My ranking of my Tesla Experience So Far: 1. The Car Itself: Technology A+ User Experience - In the Car Tech A+ User Experience The App A+ First Charging Experience A+ 2. Sales Experience A+ 3. Education/Training/Support to Get me Running A+I promise I do not work for Tesla; I am amazed at my first Tesla. I can't give the Y or AJ at the Century City location at higher review, all 10's! Great job, guys!

Very cool with attractive incentives, but can I write off a 3rd vehicle??!

In Century City this Tesla dealer has been there for at least 4 years. This is just a showroom, it has always been clean, neat and the staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Yesterday there were 3 models on display based on baseline price points: $40k, $80k and $90k add ons are extra. Was mostly interested in the SUV with the gull wings. Had to arrange an appointment for a test drive later this week, not on the spot. The representative Esteban was very nice and informative and was eager to take my info to enter into their system, but I was already on their list. Tesla currently offering very sweet incentives if you lease prior to Dec 30 2018. After that date, all deals are off. So that was yesterday's pitch. Earlier today in the news, Tesla's CEO Elon Musk was asked to step down as CEO for alleged securities, tax, issues producing a ROI statements transparent to investors. This news was not shocking to me, because Tesla hasn't shown a profit since inception and investors are aware of this. Elon Musk is the genius and key to the viability of this company. With Elon not behind the wheel to guide the company, I wonder about this company's future. Despite the not depend on gasoline, it's green effect, cool tech appeal of these vehicles, these were not enough reasons for me to purchase a Tesla if the company sinks...even the gull wings couldn't help it out of the red. Really like this USA company concept and innovation and want to remain optimistic for its success.

Javier is the best person at TESLA !

Neil was genuine, friendly, zero pressure, understood what I was looking to do and just relaxed, built the relationship with me on my terms. I came back a few weeks later with my partner to drive it, and he really liked it a lot... but wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. Handshakes, business cards, no pressure, and we left. My partner said to me, "I'd really like to do business with him, he's a good guy..." We went back two days ago to see what we could work out. We had to get a little bit creative to make it all happen, but Neil worked patiently with us to make it happen, and we just picked the car up earlier this afternoon. My partner loves the little car, the transaction went smooth as silk, really had a good experience. He's already pretty much decided that when this lease ends, he'll go back, find Neil, and get himself into a 2028 GLC.

Our exceptional experience actually began before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. I worked with Taylor over the phone, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was efficient, attentive, and, most importantly, he truly listened to me. He understood exactly what we were looking for and handled all of the negotiating before we arrived, which made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Taylor also arranged for Fay, the GM, to call us personally so we could finalize the deal over the phone before making the trip to the dealership. There were no surprises when we arrived, everything we had discussed and agreed upon was honored. They even arranged and paid for an Uber to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted and treated like family. Everyone was professional, down-to-earth, genuine, kind, and incredibly efficient. There was absolutely no pressure, which is so different from what we have experienced at many dealerships. There was none of the typical back-and-forth negotiating or feeling that they were trying to get the best deal for themselves. Instead, we genuinely felt that it was all about us, making sure we were happy, comfortable, and completely satisfied with our purchase. Taylor, Fay, the GM; Kevin in Sales; and Stacie in Finance were all absolutely WONDERFUL! Each one of them played a part in making this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchases we have ever made. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the dealership, who personally went out of his way to get us water for our drive home. He didn't ask one of his employees to do it, he did it himself. That simple gesture spoke volumes to us about the kind of person he is and the way this dealership is run. When that level of kindness and humility comes from the owner, you can understand why the entire team treats their customers so exceptionally well. We have never left a dealership feeling the way we did that day. We didn't feel like customers, we felt like we had been welcomed into a family. The kindness, sincerity, professionalism, and personal attention we received from the very first phone call until we drove away were truly something special. Without hesitation, we will purchase from them again in the future and will enthusiastically recommend them to our family, friends, and anyone looking for an exceptional car-buying experience. They have earned our trust, our respect, and our future business. Thank you, Taylor, Fay, Kevin, Stacie, and the entire team for making what is normally a stressful experience such a wonderful and memorable one. You have truly set the standard for what a dealership should be!

Over the past two weeks, I spoke with several different sales representatives. Then, out of the blue on a Saturday morning, one of their reps called saying they wanted to earn my business on a 2026 Escalade IQ Sport. After negotiating, we reached an agreement. I made one thing crystal clear: I would not authorize a credit check until I received the deal in writing. The salesperson texted me the lease terms. Based on those written terms, I agreed to move forward. My credit was frozen, so at their instruction I spent time unfreezing my TransUnion account before submitting my application. The second they ran my credit, the deal disappeared. Suddenly there was a "system error." Then I was told the payment they quoted was wrong and they would not honor the deal they had just sent me in writing. The sales manager called and defended it by saying the text message "wasn't a contract." That's a convenient excuse after you've already convinced a customer to take a hard credit inquiry. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I explained that I now had a hard inquiry on my credit because of their actions and told them I would share my experience, the manager laughed and showed absolutely no concern. Not an apology. Not an attempt to make it right. Just laughter. Whether this was intentional or simply how they conduct business, customers should know exactly what they're walking into. In my opinion, this is a deceptive sales practice: get the customer to rely on written terms, have them authorize a credit pull, and then back out once the inquiry is done. I have the text messages and the recorded phone calls documenting exactly what happened. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the California DMV so this conduct can be reviewed. If you're shopping here, think twice before allowing them to run your credit. A dealership's word should mean something. At Cadillac of Beverly Hills, based on my experience, it didn't.

The showroom is gorgeous, of course... modern, sleek, and full of some of the most beautifully crafted cars in the world. But what really set this place apart was the people. Jonathen Revestir, the store manager, deserves a special mention. He's one of those rare people who immediately makes you feel at ease - welcoming, warm, and effortlessly cool - but also incredibly sharp. He knows these cars inside and out, but there's never a moment where he makes you feel like he's just "selling" something. Instead, it felt like a laid-back, passionate conversation about cars, performance, and the legacy of Aston Martin. No pressure, no rushed pitches, just genuine enthusiasm. As a car guy, that works for me. The AM legacy speaks for itself. Aston Martin has been blending British craftsmanship, elegance, and racing heritage for over a century. From James Bond's DB5 to their dominance in endurance racing, there's a reason this brand has such an aura. The second you sit inside a Vantage, you just get it, it's not just a car, it's a statement. Don't get me wrong, I love a solid BMW, but when the Bond movies returned to the Aston Martin line again, I got a little teary-eyed, it felt right. The rest of the sales team was equally great - fun, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They even let me mess around with the F1 racing game in the lobby, which, honestly, was just a really fun touch that made the experience even better. I kinda want to hide in their breakroom when they lock up one evening and spend overnight trying to master the course, but I probably shouldn't admit to plotting criminal trespass like that on a review site, so moving on... I walked in debating between a Porsche 911, an Audi R8, and the Vantage V8, but after this experience? There's no question... it's the Vantage for me. And after the impression Jonathan and his team made, this is 100% where I'll be buying it. If you're even slightly considering an Aston Martin, just go. You'll see exactly what I mean.

Owning an Aston Martin was a bucket-list milestone for me. I've worked my entire life to reach a point where I could enjoy a car like this, and I expected an ownership experience that reflected the prestige of the brand. My Vantage has only 850 miles on it. I've already had one service appointment for a recurring check engine light, which I was told can come and go due to sensitive software. While frustrating, I was willing to live with that. What I cannot accept is that the passenger-side door now rubs against the rocker panel when opened and is already removing paint. That is a clear fit-and-finish issue. I've reached out numerous times via email for resolution and have been met with complete silence. Not a single response from anyone on the email chain. Ironically, the only person who did respond via text was Nasim. The same wonderful and kind person who leased me the car and who has now been terminated for over a month. She didn't just complete a transaction, she followed up with me afterward to see how things were going and understood how to build real relationships, which is exactly what you would expect from a luxury brand. Make that make sense. The only person who genuinely cared about the customer experience is no longer there, yet she still went out of her way to try and escalate this issue for me after her departure. Even with her help, I was met with nothing but silence. Spending this kind of money on a luxury vehicle and being ignored when there is a clear issue is unacceptable. This is not how trust or long-term loyalty is built. Mr. O'Gara should be aware of how this dealership is being run. A luxury brand should deliver a luxury experience, with responsiveness, accountability, and genuine customer care. I am asking for immediate attention and a proper resolution to the door and rocker panel issue, along with communication from someone who will take ownership and see this through. I've attached a video showing the issue and resulting damage.
