Located between The Cheesecake Factory & Sephora. Just a typical day shopping at the Mall!
    Kim G.

The shiny red Telsa with the doors opened like an Eagle taking off for flight easily caught my attention. Of course I had to walk in! I have never experienced a car showroom portrayed as a store in a Mall. Telsa is located between The Cheesecake Factory and Sephora; just your typical Saturday at the Mall shopping. To quote Dylan, "The times they are a changin." Welcome to the future! The two cars they had inside are beautiful, inside and out. The sales people were not pushy at all. They understand that many people are there to browse, to check them out because of their uniqueness, and they don't do the hard sales pitch. They are happy to talk about their product and do so with much enthusiasm. They answer questions thoroughly and offer test rides (cars are charging directly outside in the parking lot) knowing that sales are a numbers game, and if a person is interested and a Telsa meets their needs, they will come back. I'm not currently in the market for a car; I have one that I love and it's in excellent condition, but I would like to take a Telsa for a test drive. On this particular day I didn't have the time but will plan my next trip to Washington Square better to have the full experience. So this review is for the experience with the showroom and staff, not the car itself.

Damage caused when using a "cold knife" to cut out the old glass. It should have been protected.

I took my Tesla Model X into the Washington square service center for a new windshield. While installing the windshield they scratched the A pillars on both sides when they cut out the old glass. They then refused to take responsibility and told me I signed a waiver stating that any damage done to the car while they have it in their custody is not their responsibility. WHAT? Literally the worst customer service of any car company I have ever experienced. 100% fail!

If you've never been to a Tesla store, drop whatever you're doing, make an appointment for a test drive (even if you're not even considering buying one), and have the best time you can have for free. Tesla stores are there to (their words, not mine) educate the public about their product. While there is an incentive for the stores to sell, the employees there are not on commission. You will not be "high-pressured" into buying a car. The Washington Square location moved to a different area in the mall earlier this year, so you have much easier access to the Tesla vehicles that are all charging directly outside. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and they'll take all the time you want from them to get all of your questions answered cheerfully and enthusiastically. The vehicles themselves are indescribably better than EVERYTHING else on the road. I drove the Performance edition Model 3. This was the third Tesla I've driven. It is far better than I could have imagined. Once you experience the Model S (performance editions), you'll never want to drive anything else... unless you test a Performance Edition Model 3. The car is dead quiet, spry, nimble, and horrifyingly fast. There is literally no way to adequately describe the experience of driving a Tesla, so I won't try any more. Just go drive one, and welcome the future. My next vehicle will be a Tesla.

Decent little showroom in the Washington square mall. The sales reps were unpretentious, chill and helpful as they answered our questions and showed us the different platforms. The wife definitely fell in love w ALL the Teslas... Oh god what have I done?!? Model 3's are on preorder for only $1000 down my wife keeps reminding me..... Only qualm is buying it without a test drive, but I guess that will be fixed once production begins. So, an appointment for a test drive of the model S or X seems like the next logical step... Happy wife, happy life...?

Dan provided a great experience in demoing the car for me and showing how it operates, but his demeanor quickly changed once I told him I was holding off on purchasing for the time being. I asked him some questions about the car and was quickly shut down with, "I don't care," and was ignored.

Purchased our Tesla Model 3. Gary Lam was amazing and was able to help get our car delivered before December 31st deadline. We love our car. Great job Tesa.

Prior to scheduling I called and no one was available but they had a texting system. I left a voicemail prior to the text coming in and they answered my question about pricing before I booked the appointment. It was very convenient. When I got to the dealership, Matt the advisor got me in. Although he did not see my appointment I made online he still got me in for a walk in no problem. I did make the appointment an hour before arriving, so wondering if that's why my appointment did not show up in the system. Regardless it was nice he got me in still. Service: 5/3/26 they took my car and did an inspection of my tires and found that I had multiple studs/lugs that needed replaced. It took about 1.5 hrs for the inspectio and I was on my way. The process was easy and I scheduled my appointment for the following week to come back for full service of replacement. Service: 5/5/26 took my car in and everything went smooth. Gave me an estimate of how much cost may be and came out even lower than estimate which was a win. During the wait they send you a video of multipoint inspection and what was done. Very helpful, because they also recommend what should be fixed or flag you wants needs done now. I really like that tool from the waiting room I just responded if I wanted to take care of the issue then or decline it. The whole process was smooth and Matt was great. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

So, there was this lady out driving around on February 1, 2023, and she wasn't paying attention to my car going through the intersection and I couldn't avoid her. I'll spare you all her drama and hysterics. End result, this particularly unpleasant lady's negligence resulted in my car being totaled. After what I thought was an appropriate mourning period, I felt ready to welcome another Ford Escape back into my life. Finding right one was a tiresome process. Some didn't match their profile photo, and that was just a deal breaker. I wanted to have my dads blessing when I thought I found one I could be happy with. He inspected the profile and agreed. So yesterday afternoon we drove to Barron's Auto Sales and Details. It was pretty much love at first sight. My soon to be 2010 Ford Escape was just sitting there all golden and gleaming in the sunshine peeking through the clouds. We got the keys and me and my dad took it for a little test drive. I felt right at home sitting behind the wheel. My dead was impressed with the way it drove. We both agreed I should buy it. My finances were limited as I haven't been paid for my beloved 06. We went into the office and met Hugo Lara and discussed a price we were both happy with. I'm almost embarrassed to admit this but I've never bought a car on my own. Ive always used my own money but my dad has always been there and I'm so grateful for that. So I thought I was going into this with pre approval. Nope. So I'm also grateful for Mr. Lara for giving me a brief education on how pre approval works and his efforts to secure an auto loan for me with a reasonable monthly payment and interest rate. Thank you Hugo Lara for making a used car purchase a pleasant experience. 2023 Review-#5

Mitch is fantastic. No, wait, Mitch is ALL CAPS FANTASTIC…read more He is personable, kind, honest, and sincere. He is also funny and cool; as one of the other reviewers said, you'd like to have a beer with him. You can work with Mitch in two ways. One: he might happen to have the perfect car for you sitting in his lot already. If so, lucky you! He only sells cars that are in great shape, often managing to find what I call "car unicorns" (one-owner cars with great maintenance records from states without road salt or flooding). Two: if Mitch doesn't happen to have the right car for you, you can use him as a sort of "car sommelier." He'll help you figure out what kinds of cars you might like (which was super helpful for me), steer you away from bad years or bad models, and then, when you know what you want, he'll source you a great car. When the car arrives in PDX, he'll take it to a reputable mechanic to make sure it's in tip top shape. We were definitely going to use Mitch to source a car for us, but, alas, we unexpectedly found our own extremely rare "unicorn" at a different dealer. But I will absolutely use Mitch's services when it's time to replace our next car. In fact, I am looking forward to it. Shocking! Thanks, Mitch. You rock.

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.
