He patiently made recommendations, provided thoughtful, detailed answers to all of her questions and let her test drive multiple trim levels of her preferred model. I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. I drove 46 minutes from Portland, only to completely waste my time. When I arrived, I was not even given the chance to go for a test drive--even though I clearly saw plenty of staff available who could have assisted me. As an international businessman, my time is extremely valuable. I came here specifically to choose an Audi for an auto bonus that my company offers. I love Audi, but the service here was extremely disappointing. I bought a Audi Sq5 from another lot and took it here to get an oil change as well as have a few issues looked at including an oil leak and CEL. long story short they kept the car for over a week, never changed the oil (Confirmed by an independent VW/Audi repair shop) , didnt fix anything and charged me ~$1000 for my time. I have purchased cars and had service done at this dealership in the past, but I wouldn't even drive past this place anymore. Possibly the worst car service I have ever experienced. To go from the class that Lexus offers to this ridiculous organization was quite a let down. I bought a brand new S5 and it was defective. I scheduled the service for Friday, May 2 at 9am to get this fixed. I was told that it would take one to two days to handle, but that I would receive an update a little later in the day. I was then told that the gas on the loaner would be $6/gallon. I never received an update and called the service department which sent me to voicemail twice. Still waiting for a call back... I called the salesman who sold me the car to find out what is going on with my vehicle on Saturday at noon. He told me he would find out and call back. A few minutes later, he called and told me the technician does not work on weekends and that I would have to wait until Monday. I scheduled service Friday for a Saturday pick up to avoid the traffic. Not only is my car still not fixed, but they still don't know when it will be ready. Why would you knowingly schedule a potential 2 day issue on Friday when the technician doesn't work on the weekend? Honestly, the lack of communication was the worst part. Highly recommend avoiding the service department at this location. The car being way overpriced and missing basic features is an opinion I hold, but can't fault the dealer. read more

Nice cars - Terrible Test drive policy !! Sure it's Audi, so of course you'd expect them to have a decent used car inventory, usually higher-end trade-ins versus auction purchases. I recently test drove a nice clean AWD used car here. What I didn't like was the salesman had to go on the test drive with me and had a specific route. That's NOT a real test drive !! I've test driven dozens of cars and most dealerships take your license and insurance and let you drive alone, which is far less distracting than having some bloke sitting next to you telling you turn here on back residential streets for a 5 minute drive, not letting you really hear all the fine noises and details, blast the stereo to make sure it's not blown. A real test drive should allow you to get on the highway or interstate and up to speeds to really make sure the vehicle performs flawlessly at all stages. Ridiculous. I passed on the vehicle and ended up purchasing one elsewhere. read more

Next, I was grossly overcharged for a part swap. I was then charged fee after fee and not receiving a clear solution to the problem. I bought a SUV from them in May. The sales person was excellent. The manager and the service team were very helpful. However, I had a lot of unpleasant experiences, small but they build frustration after several of such experiences. It felt like they made promises to get me to purchase the car but couldn't deliver what they promised. After my first test drive, I left so that i have some time to think about it. The original sales person promised to call on a particular day. He didn't. I waited for 4 more days after his promised time, still nothing. I went to the store instead and continued with another sales person. He is great. The original salesperson saw me but didn't recognize me until I reminded him that he didn't call as promised. I bought the car but I was there for about 3+ hrs to complete the paperwork. In one appt on a weekend morning when I brought my car to install additional features, I made my own coffee using their fancy machine there because the female staff was texting with her head down and she didnt see me standing there for a few mins. The coffee machine must have made some coffee-making sound that alerted her. She looked up and gave me a lecture how I shouldn't make coffee myself and it has to be done by her. Well, from my perspective, I wouldn't if she actually paid attention to her job. Also, I really didn't appreciate being lectured by an associate, especially after I just completed a car purchase. Subsequently, several car features promised by the dealer haven't been delivered, the main one was the speed limit identification limit. It has been almost 4 months. Then there are the financial team and app. I received the first paper statement past due. The app was very difficult to use, partially visible on mobile and I couldn't set anything up. I called the finance team, the agent was rude (no greetings), his voice projection was harsh with tone of reprimanding. He didn't ask the reason I was calling, just immediately ask, can I make payment today? I was like, what? Don't you need to know the reasoning I'm calling. He said, you (meaning me) could say it but he doesn't need to know. Seriously?! What kind of attitude is this??? read more

This business doesn't value your time! They are over promising and under delivering. My Audi had a recall. So, made an appointment two weeks out with a curtesy car online. I was never EVER notified that would possibly need to wait until the next day for my car to be returned. I was given a 4 hour window to wait for my car, having shown up at noon. I did come and drop my car off at the dealership, never told that it might be the next day to receive it back from the fixed. Fast forward to 4:30pm, my car won't be ready until sometime the next day because they were short staffed with mechanics that day. I called the manager and asked why no one ever informed me of this, either the morning of the appt or while I was being checked it. The manager, Ivan, showed his used car salesman skills, deflecting to the person that had checked me in (nice) amongst other bs moves. So, waited 4 1/2 hours today, stuck in rush hour traffic (another hour+) to get back home and then will need to spend a minimum, 1 1/2 hours tomorrow to get my car back and home. FYI - I was assured that they will also charge me for the gas used. Nor do they have the option of driving my car to my home tomorrow due to their poor planning. The only silver lining is the curtesy car. I will never work with this dealership again. read more

Service department said that engine mounts and bushings on my Q5 were critical repairs. Took it to two other service departments and they said they did not need to be replaced. Another repair that was required was priced at 150% more than another shop. Beware! This place has the most rude and obnoxious staff. Even the manager does not know how to speak with their loyal customers. I have had my A7 for the last 4 years and never had any issues. I took my car here once for service, and their service rep recommended I get my tires rotated. After rotation, I started having issues with one specific tire, and I had gotten the service to prepare the car for a road trip. During the road trip, the same tire again started showing low pressure warning. When I got it checked at a local store (I was in the middle of nowhere and there was no audi dealership nearby), the technician told me there's a small crack on my rim. I never hit any pothole or any bump and still got a cracked wheel. The technician told me it could have been due to the recent tire rotation, which happens when the tire is not fitted properly on the wheel. When I opened a complaint ticket with the same rep at this dealership, she asked for receipt of tire replacement (that I got done from the local shop) and said I should get an update within 72 hours. When I didn't hear from them for a week, I tried contacting her again to get an update but got no response. I tried calling her and left a few voicemails, and still no response. I was out of options, and that's when I left feedback on their website and requested that the manager give me a call back. Soon after that, I received a call from the manager, and he was just so rude. He blamed the entire thing on me and didn't even apologise once for his service rep, who was not responding. Even after the service, when I got the first low pressure warning, I tried contacting her about it, and she didn't even respond. The manager also accused me of asking for free money when I never mentioned anything of that sort. I am never ever taking my car to this dealership ever again. They lost a loyal customer. PS: The name of the service rep was Asmaa Hallou. If for any reason you decide to go here, please try and avoid working with her. Worst service experience I ever had at any audi dealership. I would not recommend this dealership for any repair work on your vehicle. I brought my Q5 in for a skylight leak, when I picked it up my jack tools were stolen from my trunk. I reported this when I picked it up, their response, we can't get these parts anymore, so basically tough, your loss. My trunk still leaked so I brought it back again for more repairs. When I picked it up the 2nd time they had scratched my roof and gave me a tire iron to replace the jack tool kit that came with the car and called it good. The trunk still leaked so brought it back again for a 3rd time. They told me it was leaking because of clogged roof drains, which the paperwork said was preformed and charged for on my 1st visit. I still don't have my tool kit, they tried to touch up the roof scratches and it looks terrible. I have contacted the Beaverton Police Department over the stolen equipment and apparently will need to take them to court to get my car fixed properly. As you can see I would never recommend this Dealership, the sad part is that I purchased this vehicle from them and this is how they treat their customers. I have been dealing with Cody Bean, got a message from Ivan Chavez on Tuesday for a time to discuss these issues, responded with a time for that same day, 6 days later and still haven't heard from anyone. read more
