I have gone to many Tesla service centers for a variety of Teslas that I've driven from Model 3 to Y etc. This is by far the most communicative, efficient and kindest service center that I've ever been to. They are always doing their best to accommodate you even when they are overwhelmed. I moved to SF and I still drive down to Palo Alto just because the people here are so competent and friendly. Special thanks to Ashley who is incredibly knowledgeable since she has been at Tesla for 6 years. She goes above and beyond to help all her customers! She even gave me a spam musubi from her personal lunch just because I commented on it looking delicious. Josh also has been an excellent serviceman. Overall, I have been super impressed by Ashley's customer service and Josh's technical help.

DON'T TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR TESLA ALL have panel alignment issues especially the model Y's. They will provide you with false promises they will fix them if you take delivery. Eventually the service center will just tell you it's 'with in spec'. Now i'm stuck with a car with defects. Not to mention I waited 1 year for my order the following month after taking delivery they start offering $7,500 discounts + 10,000 miles free super charging. I called to see if they would honor it considering my situation and they didn't. I've never been so disappointed owning a new car. I regret having a Tesla. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I don't care for coffee, but at least they should provide it for others.

Navin's personality, professionalism and passion selling me the car were deciding factors, not just the 570S itself. The process was seamless, and I never felt rushed or brushed to the side when I was very apprehensive about the big purchase. The drive to and from Sacramento was definitely an enjoyable one, especially heading back!! I highly recommend you see Navin if you have the itch to purchase a bad-ass exotic. He'll treat you like a best friend you've known for years!

My torso is that of a 6'5"-6'6" guy so sports cars are a big challenge. Unfortunately none of the models were great in terms of fit, my head was either precariously close to the roof (it wouldn't have worked with a racing helmet) or smushed against the roof with field of view problems. McLaren is definitely more spacious than Lamborghini and Ferrari for those that are interested. But at least I know now that these kinds of cars are not for me!

After reaching out to a few dealers myself, I met with Radi over the phone and he helped me get started. He made sure to listen to what was important to me and got me multiple options to choose from, not stopping until I was fully satisfied. From the moment I checked in, Jason made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. He has that rare ability to explain things in a way that makes you feel informed without overwhelmed (which, let's be real, is a gift when it comes to car stuff). He kept me updated, answered my questions with patience, and never once made me feel like I was asking something silly. It's not every day you leave a car service appointment feeling taken care of, but that's exactly what happened here. If you're like me and don't speak fluent "car," Jason is the person you want on your side. 10/10 would trust him with my car... even if I still don't fully know what he did under the hood.

I have never left a one star review, only five star reviews across the board. If I could leave a negative five star review I would. Volvo prides itself on its cars' longevity. Forget it. Volvo Palo Alto has no pride in its cars. Rather disdain. I called for a routine maintenance of my 2006 convertible with 12,000 miles on it. To make a long story short, I needed an appointment earlier than the one given me in July and was promised multiple times I would receive a call back within a day. I never did receive any call back even after many calls to Volvo Cars Palo Alto wondering why not and promises again to do so. Ultimately, I was told my car was simply too old. I was told by the scheduling person to go to my local mechanic. This person spoke as if he wasn't even part of the same dealership. Perhaps he wanted to distance himself. We have purchased Volvos for over 40 years and at one time had 4-5 Volvos in our family. We have recommended Volvo to everyone we know who has ever wanted to purchase a vehicle. We presently own two (one, a hybrid, only a few years old). Volvo frequently advertises the fact that its cars last a long time. I guess they last because they are maintained by someone other than a Volvo dealership when they reach old age as I learned today that this Volvo dealership doesn't have mechanic who can repair a car older than 10 years.

Throughout it all, I appreciated that Jeremy was knowledgeable, no-bs, patient, and responsive. I never had to communicate with the dealer at all, until I showed up at the dealership for my test drive, where the salesman had all the paperwork ready to go. From test drive arrival to leaving the dealer with my new car, it only took 2 hours, which feels pretty efficient. I don't really understand how Jeremy gets paid because he didn't charge me for anything, but I'm so glad I found him.

Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! And that's all thanks to Jeremy. Believe me I'm not hyping him up, he is professional, kind and customer centric. Thank you Jeremy!
