    This review is about the wonderful team in the Pleasant Grove Service Center, led by a marvelous Manager named Nathan D. First let me say that our Tessy had zero problems when we received her about a year ago. Our family thoroughly enjoys our vehicle and not having to pay for gas. Once the winter weather came upon us, a light went on regarding the tire pressure monitoring system. Since Island Girl was in shock with the cold weather, maybe Tessy was too LOL Through the Tesla App, it was easy enough to schedule an appointment. We also took a picture of the warning message about the tire pressure monitoring system and uploaded it to the service request. It was very easy to pick the date and time that we were available to bring Tessy in for service. Wouldn't you know it, the App let us know the estimate to fix the tire pressure monitoring system, was absolutely FREE! This Pleasant Grove Service Center is spacious and clean. Once we arrived for our appointment, the Service Center team greeted us warmly and it was so comforting at check in. We were able to have healthy conversation with employees that genuinely cared for us and our vehicle. The Service Representative explained to us that a small part needed to be replaced. We could either enjoy the comforts in their waiting area or they could offer us Uber credits to get wherever we needed to be. We accepted the Uber voucher and he was patient enough to verify that the Uber credit was available and we were able to schedule a ride. Maybe an hour went by when the Tesla App notified us that the service was complete and we could retrieve our vehicle. As easy as it was to get an Uber ride, we headed back to the Service Center. The degree of professionalism at the Pleasant Grove Service Center, surely matches the location name, so pleasant from check in to check out. Thank you again to the manager, Nathan D. and his incredible team for excellent customer service and keeping our vehicle safe. We appreciate your genuine care and pleasant conversation! If Mr. Musk is reading this, please know that the entire Pleasant Grove Service Team is top notch!

Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Hear me…read moreout: We were in an incredible bind as a family - needing to take our 3 month old daughter to some specialty treatment for her seizures across the country. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities.     I just moved from outta state, so Doug Smith is my new local Subaru dealership. I got a Carfax…read moreemail about an ignition coil recall, suggesting I take in my Impreza ASAP. I booked an appt. online thru the Subaru site, then came in a couple days later during the week. Since the recall had just happened, they did not have the parts yet, but they had already ordered a bunch in anticipation of people coming in. I made another appt. for the following week, and they let me know it would probably be about four hours of work. I dropped off my car this morning, and my car was done within two hours which was a pleasant surprise. The best aspect was that they offered me a Lyft both ways from my house as no one was able to give me a ride today, and it's somewhat of a far walk home. This was SO convenient as my old Subaru dealership only offered rides home, but not back to the dealership, so I had already planned on either staying four hours or walking home an hour. They also asked if I wanted a carwash, and they actually did it. My old dealership never seemed to do it despite it being a complimentary service every time you bring it in. Check-in/check-out was smooth and everyone I met was friendly and clear about what to expect. No complaints here!

She was really asking if they had done work on my vehicle & if I were a potential customer. Call around and ask, "What is the standard warranty?" Get it in writing. Don't get fatigued & suppose they are honorable.

The vehicle that I purchased was exactly what I needed and it turned out exactly what I wanted. I was very lucky to have met such a gentle kind giant salesman and I suggest you ask for him. There were hundreds of extra dollars of charges as separate line items for each service requested, that were blamed on a system error when asked about. 2. Attempted to double up on labor for multiple services. Labor was quoted separately for engine oil cooler replacement, thermostat replacement, and spark plug replacement, even though there is overlapping labor, adding hundreds of dollars in extra cost. 3. Nontransparent estimates with no explanation of charges (i.e. labor, parts, fluids). 4. Was told that the Jeep would be ready by the end of the week, but I had to call on Friday afternoon because I didn't hear anything. We dropped the vehicle off on Monday. No one answered the phone so I finally left a message asking for a status update. A bit later, I get an automated message saying it was ready, about 2 hours before the service department closed. Very shady business practices. People who are not knowledgeable about the work being performed, are likely getting screwed. If I had the time to do it myself before my wife needed to leave on a long trip, I wouldn't have even let them do the work after the untrustworthy behavior. We will never bring a vehicle back here.
