Receipt read complimentary inspection. Where are the results? None because they damaged something. The car isn't functioning properly. They immediately said it is completely unrelated to the work they did. The car had the problem when they gave me the keys and before I could even get into the car. I had to climb through the passenger side and drive the 50ft or less from the parking spot to the bay to tell them. They wanted me to pay to diagnose the problem they caused. Continued to say the guy that parked my car and left the driver door locked and unable to unlock and the passenger and rear doors unlocked not able to lock with manual key or fob said there was nothing wrong when he had the car so even though it didn't leave the lot it must be my problem. The dash time and temp keep randomly switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius and back again and the radio randomly switches to Sirius radio. I left them the car because it can't be locked and not safe. They have only repeatedly told me it is unrelated while still not able to tell me what is causing it. They are determined to stick to their story regardless of implausibility and lack of car diagnosis.

In total we were without the vehicle for 65 days due to service departments apparent lack of knowledge in repairing the brand of vehicle they sell. The total lack of quality communication did not help the issue. Most communication with the dealership was instigated by us the customer, not the dealership. I strongly recommend avoiding the Range Rover brand

I offered to take Uber, but Charlie insisted that he drive me to the Hilton Santa Fe, which was a 20 minute ride! The next morning I received a call telling me that someone was on his way to get me! Et's is an amazing shop. A few years ago (I found his card and realized I hadn't written a…read morereview), my RV broke down in Santa Fe. I called no fewer than 45 shops in the city...none of them would be able to even look at my rig for days, if not weeks. My 46th call was to E.T.'s. Mr. Trembley said he was putting the finishing touches on the rebuild of a classic car and had a couple of days to work on our project. It turned out that our radiator was completely clogged and had to be removed and cleaned. In addition, the water pump was shot. Finally, the rig which normally lives at sea level was not running well. He gave us an estimate that I was sure was too low given the amount of work. He and his crew basically removed the front of our RV, lifted it up, and dropped the radiator out of the vehicle from the bottom. He had the radiator shop next door acid clean and test the radiator while he changed the water pump. He and his crew then rebuilt the RV and gave it a tune up for altitude. ALL IN 2.5 DAYS AND ON BUDGET!!! The amount of work Et's did in 2.5 days would have cost at least 150% more in Houston. E.T.'s is a truly amazing shop. I could not give any higher praise and thanks to Mr. Trembley and his crew.
