Adam did his best to get as close to that as possible (incentives are typically regional so I didn't expect an exact match, but we were VERY close) and made several suggestions for alternatives. I was expecting a good amount of negotiation but Adam kept it to a minimum and came with a reasonable price right off the bat. They also gave me a more than fair value for a trade in (double what another dealer offered me). But Victor, the body shop manager, gave me a detailed quote that beat quotes I got in Santa Fe, His team used OEM parts and did a flawless paint job. They stole all my spare change, a spare gun clip with bullets in it, my jacket, some usb flash drives with important files on them and numerous other things. On top of that i found cocaine residue all over my black leather seats. Tried to speak with the manager to see what they could do for me. They wanted me to pay them to review there cameras and basically 86'd me off the premises for wanting to file a police report. If you use this shop please remove everything from your vehicle. even the little things that aint worth much because they will be stolen. And the management team wont help you find out who took or what happened to your belongings.

I had to provide Margaret Valencia a CA DMV link so she could educate Jessica and herself in the matter and I don't sell cars for a living, THEY DO!!! Now they are refusing to repair the car or should I say they want to pay New Mexico prices in California. They have a body shop on site and could have saved us all the inconvenience and the emotional distress!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST OR LOOK OVER YOUR CONTRACTS!!!!

Assisted me with accommodations for my Travel trailer RV, which I could no longer tow. 3 Fixed my Jeep's driveshaft in 1/2 day at a more than fair rate. Family operated. Worth the drive from other towns! I highly recommend!
