This charging station is in the Applebees parking lot. The chargers seem fast enough but you have to go through the ghetto to get here off of 40.

6 stalls here all seem to work fine. I don't see any signs that they don't work. Best of luck

Although there is a hotel nearby, this charger is in the parking lot of an Applebee's - bleach!

It's really roomy and they offer some really nice options. One great thing is you are able to purchase Green Chile once you come through TSA. That is so awesome because I love the green chile. Literally every time I come through here I purchase some. The Southwest side of the airport is coming along. They are really making things easily accessible Overall the experience is great. And I am looking forward to everything once the improvements are done.

My home airport in Greensboro is the little airport that could, where it's possible to arrive 30 minutes before your flight, get through security, and to your gate before they shut you out pretty much any day... but I gotta be honest, ABQ's "Sunport" probably has it beat. All the prior things being true, at least as far as I can tell, you can get to the airport without much worry of a long security line or wait at any juncture. I was easily through in under 10 minutes. After passing through security, you'll find yourself in a food court with about five options to get something in your before your trip. Also in this area is a plethora of comfy seating to lounge or even nap in, clean restrooms, table space with plenty of charging points, and nice wide walkways headed wherever you are. Probably the most impressive thing, is just how comfortable all the seating is. Even the chairs outside the gate are wide and comfortable. This airport wins on comfort above any other one that I have ever visited.

This is one of those reviews that gives me such pleasure to write because my very favorite thing about Yelp is when I have a chance to give companies that go the extra miles and provide really superior goods and services, the props they deserve. Every single interaction I had with anyone associated with Osceola was stellar. Beginning with the rep who came out to spec our system right on through my project managers Daniel and Victoria, who were available, nights, days, weekends, absolutely every single time I had a question, and continuing on to the service technicians who came out to install the system. The most professional, friendly technicians I have ever dealt with. (I particularly liked that none of the techs talked down to me. Every one of my questions received a thoughtful, articulate answer, framed in such a way that I knew they respected my knowledge and intelligence, even when I didn't have the specific electrical vocabulary they did) In addition to the great people who I dealt with, Osceola had competitive prices, a super organized and easy to use system for keeping track of my paperwork, billing and permits, that was accessible to me on line 24/7, and last but not least, Osceola had infinite patience for the unusual situation I was in, where I had construction work going on that unexpectedly impacted the job Osceola was trying to do. I simply can not recommend these good people highly enough, B and I are 110% pleased with our new solar system. WooT!

They have been responsive throughout the entire process and took care of everything with the city, PNM and my terrible HOA. The installers were on time and professional and cleaned up after they were done. They were happy to work around my schedule some to accommodate different stages of the project. They are a great local company for Solar and for what I was looking for, a certified Tesla Installer. If we ever change or add to the system they will be my first call.

Corporate greed: Booked the hotel during graduation weekend…read more The rate wasn't inflated at the time. Received confirmation of the booking. Two days before the day of my reservation I received an email saying my reservation was canceled. Good thing I checked my email. I promptly called the hotel and the person that answered didn't apologize, nor did they ask for my confirmation information to rebook me. They canceled my reservation so they could up charge someone else my room. Since this was two days before all other hotels were booked out and I had to reserve a hotel in Santa Fe instead. I will be posting this experience on every review site.

Affordable and Comfortable Stay Near Old Town Albuquerque - With a Few Caveats…read more We stayed at Sandia Peak Inn - Old Town ABQ (a Howard Johnson by Wyndham), and I'll start by saying this: the price was definitely right. While it's not a luxury hotel, we more than got our money's worth, and I'll give an honest, balanced review. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the availability of EV charging. They offer both a J1772 and a Tesla destination charger, with a $10 nightly fee to use them. That was a great convenience and worked without issue. We booked the accessible oversized king room, which was very spacious, nicely decorated, and included a comfortable bed. We thought it had a sofa but found a day bed instead. The room also featured a small work table and a nice easy chair--well equipped for a short stay. The parking lot is tight, with narrow spaces and limited room, but our reserved EV charging spot helped avoid problems. Breakfast was modest but acceptable. There was a waffle maker, juice machine, coffee, peanut butter (the only visible protein), various breads, jams, and some overripe bananas. Vegetarian-friendly, but not very filling. One downside we experienced was related to smoking. Although our room was non-smoking, the moment I stepped outside in the morning, someone was smoking nearby. While I don't know how frequent this is, it would be preferable if the property were entirely smoke-free, especially near room entrances. The neighborhood felt like classic Old Town Albuquerque. I didn't feel unsafe, but I wouldn't recommend walking the area late at night. The exterior of the property has been nicely styled with Southwestern décor, which adds charm despite the budget-conscious operations. In short: everything wasn't perfect, but it all worked--and for the price, we walked away satisfied.

What we loved about this location was that the staff was so welcoming and friendly, parking was good, breakfast was fantastic, Tesla brand chargers are on site, and the room and common areas were so clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable enough, although we'd prefer they were slightly firmer. What we didn't like was that the fee for our small non-shedding dog was much higher than all other locations we booked ($30 instead of the most frequent $20 charge), although they did offer an acceptable pet relief area (small but clean); they also had a small fenced in "dog run" with a rock base which we did not need. The biggest issue we had was with the double door entry system at the back by our room; it was loud and we heard the slamming sound repeatedly, but it was also quite burdensome to unload all of our things and go through these two doors (holding both open was difficult), especially in bringing in our two new e-bikes. Overall, we would stay here again but would have to request a room farther away from the back doors.

I checked into this Best Western around 11:55 PM after booking through Best Western's reservation…read moresystem. I simply asked if they had any rooms available and booked what was offered. At no point during the reservation process or at check-in was I informed that I had been assigned a handicap-accessible room. The only thing I asked upon arrival was where I could find a luggage cart because I had a lot of photography equipment and luggage to bring inside. Around 6:00 AM, I was awakened by extremely loud, repeated banging. It wasn't a brief disturbance but continued long enough to completely ruin my night's sleep. I had booked this room for one reason: to get a good night's sleep before continuing a long road trip. Since I barely slept, I called the front desk and politely asked whether any partial compensation could be considered. The front desk employee was kind, professional, and immediately said she would ask the general manager. Unfortunately, everything changed when I was transferred to General Manager Anthony Valentin. Instead of listening to my concern, Anthony Valentin immediately became argumentative. He repeatedly interrupted me and insisted on trying to give me an analogy about booking airline seats. I told him multiple times, "I don't need an analogy. I need a solution." He ignored that and kept talking over me. Huge ego manplaining with zero people skills. He then told me that because I checked in at 11:55 PM, I should have expected to receive "the worst room possible." That was crazy to hear from a hotel general manager. I wasn't asking for a luxury room. I was asking why no one had informed me that I had been assigned a room that would apparently be subjected to loud banging at 6:00 AM. Had I been told, I could have decided whether to accept that room or continue looking elsewhere. And also, are people with disabilities who would have asked for that room also not entitled to have a quiet night??! When I explained that no one had disclosed this during booking or at check-in, he responded that my issue was with Best Western's reservation system. I found that response especially frustrating because I was speaking with the hotel's general manager. Rather than taking ownership of the customer experience or attempting to resolve the situation, he repeatedly shifted the blame elsewhere, including to me for not knowing better than to book the "worst room" since I should have expected that for coming so late. The issue was never that something unexpected happened. Hotels sometimes have maintenance, deliveries, or unavoidable noise. The issue was the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism afterward. I wasn't treated like a customer with a legitimate concern. I was interrupted, blamed for checking in late, and talked down to when all I had asked for was a fair resolution after losing most of a night's sleep. Good customer service starts with listening. Anthony Valentin did not listen. He argued, interrupted, blamed the customer, and offered no solution whatsoever. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this or any Best Western property again.
