The lady (didn't get her name but assuming from another review, her name is Heather) who helped us has a dog (black lab) named Bear. Super friendly and accommodating!! Her pup was friendly too. My little chihuahua wasn't sure of him at first but she barked at him and he was very friendly with her. This place is super quiet, has a very cute back patio with a pergola with some nice cushioned seats, a fire pit with seats and more seating. There's a dog run just past the seating area. Good size for the bigger dogs too. The lady (Heather?) even warned us of a small hole that our dog could get through (it's because of the concrete gutter that runs the length of the dog run. Very helpful! In the small lobby they offer some hot coffee, tea, hot apple cider and hot cocoa (even marshmallows!) . For an extra charge, they even have some S'mores to roast by the evening fire pit. The room was nice, clean, and roomy. Even has a fridge and microwave. We will definitely be back!!

Eventually, when into support things started working, although I don't know that if representative actually did anything to make that happen. I had a similar problem at an EVGO in Sacramento and I think they're just finicky. Pro tip? Zip across the street to the Shell station where there are both a level two and level three charger that are sometimes available. I think those chargers are a little cheaper as well. Not that they go up in price at 4 PM when the power is no longer renewable clean energy.

I spent a hefty $6,007.00 by the time it was installed in my living room. It never worked properly and for three years, I've been begging and pleading and fighting with Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spas to get it right. Foothill kept telling me it was my fault that our Lopi stove wasn't operating properly until they finally told me they didn't want to "deal " with me anymore. I paid Foothill good money several times over THREE YEARS to come up repeatedly to relight my stove and I was told for three years that the problem was caused by " user error ". I made very clear that no one was changing any settings and that I was waking up to or coming home to a cold house every other day. I was at my wits end until I finally went over Foothill's head, calling the manufacturer of Lopi stoves, Travis Industries. The Lopi regional representative, Edward, who handles Lopi for Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spas listened to me and sent me new parts for my Lopi, qualifying those parts as warranty replacement parts. Unfortunately, Edward sent them to Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spas. Foothill refused to do the work, and withheld the parts for 11 days before shipping them to me at my house, still refusing to come install them. The regional representative, Edward gave me the number for HIBERNATION Stoves and Spas, located at 2182 CA-4 Suite E540, Arnold, CA 95223! I called and spoke with Austin Deaver. Austin immediately put me at ease. He told me he would be happy to come look at our stove and he assured me he would fix it properly. And he did just that! He listened to me. I explained the stoves behavior to him, like I had explained it over and again to Foothill . He tested the stoves brain ( IFC) and it tested bad. He validated my claim. HIBERNATION made it right when Foothill could not. Period! HIBERNATION is my GO TO. I will always call HIBERNATION for my Lopi stove. Not only did Austin come in here and get it right, he made our stove brand new. Austin! You're the BOMB! We love you ! Thank you for everything. You are truly appreciated!
