She was very hesistant in giving me any information about whether or not they actually had parts in stock, it was all maybes and probablies. Later I show up to buy the parts, and bring the old ones back to warranty out. They wouldn't allow me to warranty them because apparently they're master mechanics that can diagnose cars without even looking at them or the old parts.I told them I checked the caliper pistons and guide pins to make sure they weren't sticking or seized or that my brake hoses weren't twisted or damaged, they had an employee that was off the clock that decided to butt in and repeat what I said and asked if I checked those items. The problem is with their garbage parts they sell. The new brakes I got from oreillys a while back now have a little well over 10k miles and they've worn out nice and evenly, but apparently Sandy and her team like to argue and not be of help. Also won't be returning because of all the racist comments I heard from the older employees working there some months back. This place is not very helpful, I recommend autozone or oreillys

One was defective and only made it two years under its three year warranty. No question, they replaced it. The best part though was that they were willing to remove the old one and replace it with the new for no extra charge and always with a smile. I was told I could come in and somebody would help me look at my battery. He was very at the other employee who was leaving for lunch had told me that was OK and he would check my battery to make sure I needed a new one and they would do that for me. When I went in. The younger gentleman at the counter, told me we don't normally do that here, and I don't know why he would tell you that and I don't have time to do that for you which is not true because no one else was in the building, I have been going to this store for quite a few years and I've always been treated nicely and respectfully I was disappointed with the young gentleman's attitude clearly you could tell he was pissed off and not nice to me or my senior father. When I bought my new battery, he just set it on the counter and said here you go when the other gentleman always helps me carry it out to my car because he knows it's so heavy for me. Everything they did was thoroughly thought out and completed to perfection. I was happy to have them redo some other shop's work that I had get re-done in order to make it safer and work correctly. I realize that I will bring my vehicles there first so I don't have to waste time or money. I know I have to plan on making an appointment because they are very much in demand but eventually they schedule the work and get an appointment to do their work. I told him about it and he acted like it was already there. he then told me after the cops said it was in poor condition- I was more mad about that. It really bummed me out , I take really good care of my car for him to just treat it like that, and worst of all I only asked for 100 bucks off my 2,400 payment.......
