Had the trailer delivered by flat-bed on Sunday, and Hot Fix fabricated and installed a new trailer tongue by Monday afternoon, salvaging the coupler and sleeve and saving money on those. He actually does the remote installs for the majority of the Toyota dealerships in Richmond. Not only was the total price (parts + labor) 60% cheaper than the dealership, he was able to install it in my work parking lot and was able to work me into his schedule the same day (within the hour of me calling!). The remote start system works with my current factory Toyota key fob, which was my main concern about going aftermarket; I didn't want an extra fob to have to carry around.
