So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. Less than 2 weeks later my main panel overloaded and took out all my 240V systems. I scheduled a service call and their master electrician Clifford Black came out to assess the damage. I was assured that they would replace the guts inside my main panel free of charge. Following this, I was left without 240V for 3 days, and I had to remind them to send me an electrical proposal on paper. Now they claim my panel had thermal damage and refuse to restore my system unless I pay them for a full panel upgrade. In addition to this, during the service call they took my breakers that melted making it harder to get the cause diagnosed by another electrician. I was left without 240V systems in the Texas heat for over a week. Update: On the followup they said my part for replacing my panel was not available. This was not actually communicated with me and the owner is trying to save face. In reality they instead sent me a bill and refused to restore my service. They then ghosted me for any follow up.

You can go shopping, meet a friend for happy hour, or do something completely fun and adventurous in the course of the day or evening. One of my Finance groups hosts a monthly Finance meeting at The Domain. Shopping...some of my favorite fun stores are at the Domain such as J. Crew and Anthropologie. I love these two stores because they have unique goods at great prices, in general, and specifically, have amazing sales. If you are a big baller, you can shop at stores like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany's and whole host of other high stores. I'm a tiny baller. Smile. Dining - At the Domain you can get reasonably priced foods to high end fare. Some of my favorite places to dine in the Domain include Glorias, Flower Child, Paul Martin's and Haywire. Important to note, most restaurants have great happy hours and associated amazing prices. Nightlife - Some say that The Domain (especially on Rock Rose Avenue) is the new 6th Street (known for its bars and Live music). I would not venture out that far. However, if you want to party in the wee hours of the night, you can do it at The Domain. Fun Experiences - You can transport yourself to fun such as IPIC movie theatre, Museum of Illusion or the Battle of the Games. Last weekend I discovered the Barkin Creek Dog Kitchen & Bath...so, The Domain is not only for humans. Love The Domain...I am sure I will see you there!

Even our bracelets printed at the same time from the kiosk. The room was spacious and clean, located halfway down the hallway, which we loved because we avoided the elevator traffic noise. The food was very pricey and pretty basic. Once we ate, we headed to the park, which was an experience! The lazy river was a nice pace and the temperature was perfect. The rides were lots of fun and the lines weren't long at all. We also explored the adults only area, which was the cherry on top. It was quiet and the drinks were excellent. Overall we LOVED our experience and can't wait to return.

During my stay in December 2025, a maintenance worker arrived before 9:00 a.m. and spent over an hour performing active construction on the pod I was occupying, including painting the entry rails, servicing the hot tub, and adjusting the hammock. I documented the noise starting at 9:13 a.m. and contacted the property at 10:00 a.m. because it had not stopped. This construction was not disclosed prior to booking. Earplugs are left on the pillows, which I initially assumed were for unavoidable background noise (helicopters, traffic, sirens, gas station). They are in fact for the property's own construction--again, not disclosed anywhere before booking. Management offered no solution when I raised the issue. My request for a modest partial refund on a $500+ stay was ignored (by Aaron) via text. Only after calling was I told the owner felt my "reaction was unreasonable," and I was offered a credit toward a future stay instead. I declined because I will never return here. The condition of the unit matched the handling of the complaint: curtains held together with safety pins and too short to block light, peeling shower base, weak shower head, stained linens with pet hair, and floors that had clearly not been properly cleaned (although there is a sign requesting guests take off their shoes prior to entering the pods, clearly no one observes this mandate). Operational details were similarly careless (illegible QR codes, peeling artificial grass, visible painter's tape). This is not a peaceful or relaxing retreat. It is a property that values optics over hospitality and deflects responsibility when problems are raised. The representative I had to deal with was very antagonistic regarding these issues at their property. I will not return and cannot recommend staying here to anyone else. Should management choose to address the issues in a civilized capacity, I would be open to updating this and the other reviews.
