We had 4 different Master Electricians out telling us we needed to replace the entire panel and it would be a ton of work and thousands of dollars. Thankfully we had Danny Haddad from DC Electric out who said we just need to order a longer screw to secure the panel, and took care of some other things. After 4 electricians we feel like finally this guy gets it and he clearly had a lot of empathy for our situation. So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. We needed to move one of the outlets from the head-in wall of the garage to near the overhead door opening. Since the head-in wall is insulated, we left the wiring in the wall and capped the old outlet and ran conduit to the new location. I contacted Smart Charge America to get the job done. They did a GREAT job at a reasonable price. If you're looking to install a new circuit to handle EV charging, reach out to them. You'll be glad you did! P.S. Their headquarters are in Austin, Texas, but thankfully they have installers in lots of cities.

Worked with Kukal and Chavez who installed my EV charger. They failed to inform me of any issues…read morewith my system prior and installed it anyway. Less than 2 weeks later my main panel overloaded and took out all my 240V systems. I scheduled a service call and their master electrician Clifford Black came out to assess the damage. I was assured that they would replace the guts inside my main panel free of charge. Following this, I was left without 240V for 3 days, and I had to remind them to send me an electrical proposal on paper. Now they claim my panel had thermal damage and refuse to restore my system unless I pay them for a full panel upgrade. In addition to this, during the service call they took my breakers that melted making it harder to get the cause diagnosed by another electrician. I was left without 240V systems in the Texas heat for over a week. Update: On the followup they said my part for replacing my panel was not available. This was not actually communicated with me and the owner is trying to save face. In reality they instead sent me a bill and refused to restore my service. They then ghosted me for any follow up.

One of my Finance groups hosts a monthly Finance meeting at The Domain. Shopping...some of my favorite fun stores are at the Domain such as J. Crew and Anthropologie. I love these two stores because they have unique goods at great prices, in general, and specifically, have amazing sales. If you are a big baller, you can shop at stores like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany's and whole host of other high stores. I'm a tiny baller. Smile. Dining - At the Domain you can get reasonably priced foods to high end fare. Some of my favorite places to dine in the Domain include Glorias, Flower Child, Paul Martin's and Haywire. Important to note, most restaurants have great happy hours and associated amazing prices. Nightlife - Some say that The Domain (especially on Rock Rose Avenue) is the new 6th Street (known for its bars and Live music). I would not venture out that far. However, if you want to party in the wee hours of the night, you can do it at The Domain. Fun Experiences - You can transport yourself to fun such as IPIC movie theatre, Museum of Illusion or the Battle of the Games. Last weekend I discovered the Barkin Creek Dog Kitchen & Bath...so, The Domain is not only for humans. Love The Domain...I am sure I will see you there!

An outstanding experience!…read more My family and I came for a birthday celebration and had an AMAZING time! Check-in was easy and effortless with the kiosk. Even our bracelets printed at the same time from the kiosk. The room was spacious and clean, located halfway down the hallway, which we loved because we avoided the elevator traffic noise. The food was very pricey and pretty basic. Once we ate, we headed to the park, which was an experience! The lazy river was a nice pace and the temperature was perfect. The rides were lots of fun and the lines weren't long at all. We also explored the adults only area, which was the cherry on top. It was quiet and the drinks were excellent. Overall we LOVED our experience and can't wait to return.

Our Texas Girl Scout troop was planning an end of the year large group trip and intended to book…read more20-25 rooms through Kalahari group sales, with approximately 50-60 people participating. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. Our point of contact was Jeselle Corpuz. For over a month, we were repeatedly told by Jeselle they were "working on our group rate," yet they still expected our group to commit to staying there without knowing the actual cost. We would receive emails at the end of the business day with no new information -- only that they were still working on it. Keep in mind, this was coming from the manager of group sales. We emailed several times and rarely received responses. We also left multiple voice messages and never received callbacks. We even contacted corporate, only to be referred back to the same person who had been unhelpful throughout the process. Communication was slow, unclear, and lacked professionalism. After waiting weeks with no concrete answers, we finally decided to move our troop's trip elsewhere. We ended up booking another waterpark, reserving a different hotel, and even adding another group activity -- all with far better customer service and much quicker responses. It was especially disappointing because our Girl Scouts voted for this as their end-of-year trip. We were prepared to bring not only the girls, but also their families -- which would have meant a very large group and significant business for Kalahari. Unfortunately, the lack of competence, communication, and ability to provide even basic information made it impossible to move forward. In my 10 years of planning end-of-year troop trips, this is the first time we have been unable to give the girls the trip they requested and voted on. Over the years, we've successfully planned trips to Great Wolf Lodge, Epic Waters, Jellystone, SeaWorld, the Fort Worth Zoo, NASA, Moody Gardens, and many other destinations, and we have never experienced such a frustrating and poorly managed booking process as we did with Kalahari.

Thankful for the TV and the little kitchen. My favorite was the hot tub and it was already heated and ready for me! I was nervous to use it at first but I love how they provide QR Codes to show you how to use everything and not break it. Thankful for the unforgettable experience and I was especially thankful to get this checked off of my bucket list, to stay in a dome. I get sad when others hold you to a 2-night minimum stay, when some, like me, live down the street and just want the one-night experience and not spend $500+.

We sent a message and no one said anything. The upstairs had a mattress on the floor -the carpet was gross. My kids socks were filthy. We stayed in the delux plus- the pics online look nothing like the inside of the pod. Our friends stayed in the ultra lux-it's better, the bed in the loft is actually on a frame. There was someone in the crown lux blaring music. We were required to buys a fruit plate for 100 dollars. It's not worth the money. The common area in the back was locked so we could not access it until the day we checked out. I did not get in the hot tub but my husband said there was some weird mold in it or rot?
