We had what we thought was a serious electrical issue that could be disastrous. I needed someone right away. Tim literally canceled other less urgent appointments and was at my RV in about two hours. His emergency call fee was very fair and I was happy to pay it. He efficiently checked my entire electrical system and found that we had not done any major damage. He knew what we had done wrong and advised us for the future. He earned my business and any future referrals. Thanks again Tim !!

Tim was out to our house the very next day, on time and with a small back up crew. Within an hour or so, he had our problem solved - turned out to be a failed circuit board and we were lucky that he had one available and on site, ready to switch out. Prior to the repairs he explained to me what was going on, what he was testing and what might need to be done. After they swapped out the circuit board, he showed me what he did, demonstrated the proper way to use a slide-out with a glitch in it, showed us the part he swapped out. He also did a complimentary roof inspection and told us that we could call him anytime, day or night, home or camping spot, and he would come out if we needed another repair down the road. Our payment went through Venmo and his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, especially because of the quick turnaround. Then (yes, there is more) he sent us some instructional videos that we could use down the road. What impressed me the most was his friendliness, his courtesy and his kindness. The same goes for his staff, Ivan and... (forgive me... missed his name even though he told me but I blabbered away and forgot, didn't want to look inattentive by asking for it again. Was it... Vince?) But I can tell you, they were friendly and outgoing, which also speaks volumes for the company they work for. In today's climate where you ask for a quote and you never hear back, you leave a voice mail and you never hear back, or you finally hear back and the next available spot is 2 weeks away, having Tim and his crew come out the very next day reminded me of what actual customer service is. Tim saved our upcoming New Years Eve camping trip and he is going to be the one person that we call when we have any issues in the the future!!!

Great work and honest people at Warner's Muffler. Had my 2021 F150 in this week for loud exhaust…read moresound coming from hood area. Warner's diagnosed the issue within minutes and provided an estimate which I agreed to. The best part was I called them later in day to see if the EGR line that went out should be covered under manufacturer emission warranty. After discussing Jim mentioned usually Ford would tell him when ordering part with vin number. At that time after my own research I concluded it would not be something covered. I will note, I tried calling 4 different Ford dealers to confirm. Not a single one could tell me for sure, or didn't answer at all. Fast forward to next morning I got a call from Jim. He mentioned he thought about our conversation that night and wanted to be sure it wasn't covered before proceeding with repair. He spoke to one of his contacts at Ford and confirmed it would indeed not be covered. I thanked Jim for going the extra mile and ensuring it wouldn't be covered. That is great customer service in my book. Picked up the truck later that morning with repairs completed and back on the road. Highly recommend Warner's Muffler.

I stopped at Warner's on a Monday morning to have it checked. Jake walked me out to the bay to show me exactly what he had found. Turned out to be some loose brick (not sure what that is) in the rear converter. Jake explained the process for the repair and how he would inspect the front converter to be sure it was fine. Price was very reasonable! I was on my way to work within an hour. Experience was great from the first phone call with Brett to the repair completed by Jake. If you have exhaust/muffler repair needs, do not hesitate....go to Warner's!

He was spot on with the answers and offererd to come fro Chino to Newport Beach to do the upgrade. Said he had the stock on hand and couls do it today after 1 PM. I bought a converted camper van back in the in fall, and…read moreafter a few weeks, everything stopped working: the electrical unit, the water in the sink, something was leaking, etc. I didn't know where to turn. All the camper conversion companies I called were booked out months, if not years, because of the pandemic (everyone wants a camper these days!). Martin was able to fit me in and WOW - I really hit the jackpot with him. Turns out, whoever had built my van had no electrical training and likely just learned about electricity in a few youtube videos. It was a huge fire hazard and pretty dangerous. And on top of it, it didn't work. Martin was able to rewire everything and ground the electricity. This guy knows what he's talking about and knows what he's doing. It's been almost 8 months now, and I have had no trouble at all with the electricity. I use my camper van for my business and I needed a way to stay cool inside of it during the hot summer. Once again, Martin went above and beyond - researching all the various ways I could get AC into the camper. In the end, the solution was brilliant. He was able to install an AC in such a way that it barely takes up any space, looks clean, and works great. AND - on top of it all - it works on solar! So it's eco-friendly. Long and short of it: If you need something for your camper or RV and are willing to be a little patient (remember that because of the pandemic, all the RV places are slammed!), Martin and his team are phenomenal.
