$4 parking garage fee just to charge. At night this place isn't great as nothing is open.

The brunch menu had a small selection of options but what was on there was good. We did not do the flower bouquets this time due to time constraints but will next time we come back.

They comped the meal, and we didn't ask for it; we only wanted to split the check, which was a policy that was never discussed, but their system could do it. So they decided to comp the check, given the many issues. Then the manager calls me after we leave, leaves a message, and says, very passively aggressive, "We comped your meal, but you did not leave the server a tip." Servers live off tips. But don't worry, we took care of her tip. Have a good day." Umm, excuse me? I was a server for over 7 years. First of all, I wouldn't expect a tip after the establishment that failed me by not ensuring they had adequate kitchen supplies to keep a Mother's Day up and running. Additionally, I would have added more staff to the day, which would of course be very busy. And lastly, how are we tipped when you comped the bill and walked away, and nobody had cash? We did not ask for the bill to be comped. So for future reference, dear John I don't recommend calling your customers and bullying them over voicemail. You're the problem, not us.

I was there twice for California Retired Teachers Association Conference, most recently June 2026…read more The hotel is conveniently located to the Capitol. The hotel itself is large and clean. The beds are comfortable and there is a coffee maker and refrigerator with bottled water. Unfortunately I didn't realize till the last day that bottled water is needed to make coffee. I was blaming the brand of coffee . The food was good both at the restaurant and the large banquet. The quesadilla with sautéed mushrooms was great. I was able to order through the bar and sit outside. The staff was patient with a lot of retired teachers running, well maybe walking slowly, and asking questions. There is a coffee shop next door. The gift shop has bottled ice coffee $7 and sodas but no diet. Hyatt - PLEASE turn down the air conditioning.

The staff is very friendly and eager to please, the restaurants are also pretty solid and put out good food and their store and gym are very good with a surprising amount of options. I will admit there's some hiccups; having a hotel gym off hotel property is weird, their restaurants and stores are Very expensive even taking into account you're paying more in a hotel, and I wish the showers had better pressure. Plus this is another hotel that will let you opt out of housekeeping - and if they forget to mention that you're going to be in for a nasty surprise. Still it's a good hotel for the money and the location with good people working in it. Would definitely recommend.

I typically order take out and my favorite items, or at least most ordered items, are their spring rolls with grilled pork and the noodle bowl with grilled pork. Everything is delicious but I'm always drawn to these. I like that they have a variety of proteins and sauces and that there's a good amount of customization that you can decide on so you can switch up your order. Keep an eye out for seasonal items like their soup and mango desserts, the seasonal items are always amazing. Also, don't sleep on the sugar cane drinks and cookies. Both are amazing sweet treats and the sugar cane drinks are so refreshing when it's hot. My favorite of their drinks is the calamansi and BOG options. They've started validating garage parking with purchases and they offer some great Happy Hour deals on drinks and their menu items. Their team is always friendly and you'll find many of them working the different H Street Eatery areas. Make sure you check out the dining area and the murals, they're very cool!
