I'm not talking about a scratch or even a ding, there was a chunk of paint missing that was visible from afar. On a brand new car, not pre-owned, I was fuming. I showed the rep the damage and he acted really non-chalant like he either knew it was there and hoped I was blind, or that seeing damage on a new car was just another Tuesday at Tesla. I ended up refusing the car and made Tesla pay for an Uber to drive me home an hour away. Ultimately everything worked out and I got a replacement car within 24 hours, but not at this location. I would encourage anyone to stay away from here if buying a new car and see if you can accept delivery elsewhere.

The massage chair was pretty nice too, although a bit too intense at base settings. If I had to say any issues though, it was a bit unclean in some areas; I guess that's the price you pay without the acetone bath. Also, it was fairly hard to communicate with the staff in some cases. But with it being fair priced, it was still worth it.
