THIS IS A GEM. I found this on Yelp (never lets me down) and went during happy hour! This location is sort of in a normal strip mall, I was actually disappointed when I rolled up. But as I was looking at the menu outside, a gentleman came by and said everything here was amazing. High praise. The inside is very standard of a strip mall restaurant, and very clean! They have an oyster freezer and everything. We ordered two happy hour deKa which was AMAZINGLY priced. Ceviche for 8 dollars?!?! Poke nachos for 9?!?! I had to get both, along with the fish and chips. We took a seat and food came out relatively fast. Let me tell you... Presentation A+, quality A+, prices A+!! The ceviche was so delicious and tender. The poke nachos were loaded to the brim with baby scallops, tuna, and crab! The fish and chips was also delicious, thing amazingly fried light fish with fries that rival that delicious salty McDonald's fry we all crave. Absolutely sublime. All that for 40 bucks. Absolute steal. We loved everything, loved the service, and will be coming back often.

First time here and came for the happy hour menu. Service was quick and employees were efficient: order and pay at the counter, you're directed where to sit, and your meal is delivered to your table. My husband and I shared a variety of items, including fish tacos, oysters and mussels. Food was decent and the oysters were fresh. Would recommend for a quick meal if you're craving seafood!

They have a great happy hour with great prices and good food! We went on a weeknight around 5:30pm, and it was pretty packed with a short wait to order at the register. We ordered the fish tacos, poke nachos, chowder fries, and clams with chorizo. Our favorites were the fish taco and poke nachos. The chowder fries were good, but the chowder seemed a bit too salty (same with the chorizo and tomato sauce). The portions were larger than I expected for happy hour which was nice. The service was also fast and friendly despite it being busy. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Their daily happy hour (3-6pm, dine in only) is fantastic! The happy hour is honestly a MUST with the $2 oysters and $2 fish tacos! The oysters were fantastic and they had 3 different varieties available. The guac was fresh, the chips crispy, the ceviche had plenty of fish, and the fish tacos were solid and came with plenty of salsa. My boyfriend also had the New England clam chowder which he thought was good too. I'll definitely be back! This is a great quick stop--it's casual counter service with plenty of free parking, and the service was friendly. This place is a real gem!

Staff is so friendly and the food is great. There was a line out the door when I got there around 5 PM on a Friday and it's easy to see why. It might be a little hard to grab a table during peak hours but it's totally worth it!

In town for work and found this spot close by. Nice atmosphere, open seating, good menu selections, tv's, variety of drinks. I asked about the speciality plates and was recommended the garlic shrimp. It was really good and flavorful.

I can't emphasize enough how great their happy hour is . Great prices with a great menu. We ordered their fish tacos, fried calamari, fried oysters, raw oysters, poke nachos and ginger garlic wings. Everything still tasted as yummy as I remember. Only thing was that the fried oysters were a bit more salty this time. It was a Friday at 4:30pm and we grabbed the last table for 4. The restaurant was packed so have to remember to always get there before 5pm on Fridays!

It seemed nice inside. Looked super busy. Staff was so nice. But then the food. Looked amazing. However the taste was not there. Shrimp and chips were bland and flavorless. The tarter sauce was GREAT! Dont think I will be back though.

Finally got a chance to come by for happy hour! So many good things on the happy hour menu and wow the prices?? All under $10! We order almost everything! Order at the register and then find a seat! They will bring your food out. Lots of seating indoors and a few outdoor! Definitely will be back!

Let's start with the positive. They have a happy hour and it's extremely popular. We came at 5 o'clock on a Saturday and the place was packed. My parents ordered shrimp and chips as well as fish and chips and seem to really enjoy it. Mom commented that the coleslaw was crunchy and cut thin just like she likes it. Fish had a nice beer batter and tasted fresh. Chips were long, thin and soft on the inside, which she also enjoys. Dad enjoyed his shrimp. Not overly battered and tasted fresh. Note to the servers, he asked for a soup spoon as his hands shake. It never arrived. As for me, I had the ahi poke bowl with crab meat and seaweed. Unfortunately, it seemed like a mishmash. Parts of it had heavy mayo some of it tasted salty and I'm not quite sure what they did with the sauce. I'm sure the Ahi must've been fresh, but not quite what I'm used to. I think it was the crab meat that had bits of shell or something tough in it. Rice was not fully cooked. It's not something I would order again. The atmosphere was great. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio seating. The person who took our order was very friendly. Not sure we would return despite great happy hour pricing as it's out of our way.

Surfside Fish House hit it out of the park for our family! We kicked things off with fried calamari and poke nachos -- and wow, the poke nachos are officially our new family obsession (how did we live without these?!). For mains: hubby loved his Barramundi plate, kiddo #1 demolished the Cajun salmon burrito, kiddo #2 happily went to town on a poke bowl, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Cajun shrimp Cobb. Big bonus points for asking whether I wanted the shrimp with the tails on or off -- small detail, big appreciation. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just plain satisfying. We're already plotting our next visit. Clean open and airy space with no fishy smell.

We agreed, assuming it was a courtesy, as no fee was mentioned. When the bill arrived, we were surprised to find a $4 cake-cutting charge.
