When I explained all of his training and then tasks they said he was not "acting like a service dog" and they said they watched footage of us waiting for a minute while they were coming and that he was "pulling on his lead" and "not patting attention" I said I take an accusation like this very seriously and that if they are truly claiming that I want all of this is writing and documentation of him "not acting like a service dog" as well as that video evidence of him not acting like a service dog. I then unfortunately had an episode due to the drama of it all to which my dog tasked and my husband stepped up and took over. They then realized they had messed up, changed their mind and said "we will allow it just this time" Absolutely ridiculous. My dog has gone through extensive training, been certified through two trainers, has passed his CGC and public access and the audacity for a security guard to say he wasn't acting like a service dog because he wasn't looking up at me every single second is ridiculous. They are not robots, he can get stepped on if not careful, he checks in every 10-15 seconds and alerts just fine. They would not show us footage of him "not acting like a service dog" which makes me think they were just lying to try and not allow us entry. I'm only writing this review so others don't feel absolutely awful since the valley view security treats people as the service dog police. I understand people abuse and lie about service animals, but it was quite obvious my dog is trained. To be questioned like a that was awful and just sad. Just be for warned you're going to be questioned like a criminal and may or may not be allowed entry with a service animal.

I'd come back but I'd make sure to ask for the same room we had in the north tower. Prices for a room were a bit ridiculous (high) and we couldn't "modify" our reservation. There was no term or condition saying we couldn't change from 2 to 1 night. However, a band is in town and it's comic con weekend. Place was completely full. That's the last thing you expect to experience. Waking up the next day with bugs crawling next to your head. Not only that, more throughout the sheets. Even with pictures and videos, yes they're alive. I would say something like this is major. From the bugs, what else could this room be hiding. Was it not cleaned. Was sheets not checked and just dusted over. The last thing you want to do is be in your room let alone knowing that you are more than likely going to have to get rid of everything. Apparently all the rooms are sold out as I was informed at the front desk. They could get me a suite but that wouldn't be for hours. With a massive chains like this, you know spare rooms are often saved for an incident. Last thing I want to do is head back to my bug infested room. This is probably the worst "Supercharger" that Tesla has…read more The max rate at this station is 72kwh which is extremely slow in comparison to all other superchargers that Tesla has. Not sure if it's some sort of issues with how it's setup but that's laughably slow and you will be here a while to get a full charge at a mediocre rate. Where this supercharger is located is in a really solid spot, but it's unfortunate that both the charging rate and price are no good. There's quite a few different superchargers in the area that I would prefer over this one, even if I have to drive further since they'll offer a higher rate (with some congestion but depends on the time you decide to go). I would honestly avoid this spot unless you're in no hurry and are okay with waiting longer than an hour for a full charge. You could easily go to another station and be on the way back home before this one finishes.
