Overall, the job was completed successfully, passed inspection, and avoided a costly panel upgrade. But there were also a few areas where the process could have been handled more proactively. What I appreciated: * Technical expertise & cost savings: My service panel is limited (90A), and other contractors immediately suggested an expensive underground service upgrade. Kirill performed load calculation and recommended using an Emporia Pro charger with dynamic load management. That solution allowed me to safely add both the EV charging outlet and the microwave circuit without upgrading the service panel. * Permits & documentation: They provided the required licensing, insurance documentation and handled the city permitting and inspection process. The final inspection passed without issue. * Responsiveness: Communication was generally clear via email regarding quotes, scheduling, and permit updates. Where I believe the process could improve: We encountered a major obstacle when it was discovered that the crawl space was blocked by a concrete foundation wall, preventing wire routing as originally planned. Initially, there wasn't a clear alternative proposed. I ended up suggesting routing the wiring through the ceiling instead. While the team evaluated and successfully implemented that solution, I would have preferred if alternative routing strategies had been proactively identified earlier in the process. I also want to acknowledge Erin's craftsmanship. When we ultimately routed the wiring through the ceiling, he carefully navigated around existing plumbing lines and made precise cuts to minimize disruption. The finish work was clean and well executed. In the end, the installation works well, passed inspection, and achieved the primary goal of adding EV charging without a major panel upgrade. I would recommend them for homeowners with limited electrical capacity, especially if dynamic load management is needed.

The table was completely empty. Instead of helping us, multiple employees came over and repeatedly told him to get up and leave. He politely explained that he was waiting for me and that we had been told someone would come add us to the waitlist, but they continued speaking to him rudely and insisted he leave the seat immediately. At that point, we stepped outside to wait. We then tried to order drinks, and one of the employees told us she would send a server over. A man came to us, introduced himself as the manager, and told us they could not serve us any food or drinks because we didn't have a reservation. We explained that we had already asked to be added to the waitlist and that we were happy to wait or follow whatever process was required--we simply wanted to watch the match like everyone else. He walked away and later came back saying he had "spoken to the manager," despite introducing himself as the manager just moments earlier. Then he demanded that we leave. After spending 30-40 minutes being ignored, pushed away, and treated like we weren't welcome, we were completely shocked. We weren't causing any problems. We simply wanted to have dinner, order drinks, and watch the game. The worst part happened at the end. I told this whoever is that liar guy was (server or manager) that I'm not leaving without finishing my drink because I paid for it . Right after without asking for my permission, that same employee took my drink directly out of my hands, turned around, walked away with it, and then yelled at us to leave immediately. I have never experienced such disrespect in any restaurant. I've worked in restaurants myself, so I know what professional hospitality looks like. This was the exact opposite. Your customers are the reason your business exists, yet your staff treated us as if we were an inconvenience instead of paying guests. This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The staff were rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy and not get disappointed by service and servers. I would have gladly called the police, but since we had already spent half the day dealing with this bullshit and missed out on enjoying the match, we decided to just go somewhere else.
