My most recent experience has been with my 2019 Prius Prime which I purchased here and have had all my service here. Shortly after getting routine maintenance, I had my temperature light come on. I called on a Saturday morning, they told me to come in even without an appt and outside of walk in hours. By 3pm, they found that I needed a new engine water pump - a costly repair but thankfully covered with my extended Toyota warranty. Highly recommend getting an extended warranty when purchasing a used vehicle as I'm a currently at 115k miles. They informed me that this would be covered with my warranty. My car was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday and the cost was $0. Special shoutout to Erick for such great customer service, accommodating me, and making sure the service process was a smooth as possible. 10/10 recommend Cabe Toyota!

My V6 Rav4 takes at least 5-6 quarts of synthetic oil, so oil changes at local, cheap shops ended up being comparable in price as the dealer. My car is almost 18 years old with over 225k miles, and is a testament to the quality and care that has been put into it. I was skeptical to come here at first with the presumption that they would try to find other "issues" to upsell me. However, over the course of several years, I have not found that to be the case. If anything, l've had to bring things to their attention if they didn't notice! What I love most is that they offer a ride to-and-from home when you drop your car off for service. They have their own shuttle driver, but will order you an Uber/Lyft ride if the wait is a while. They used to wash your car after their maintenance service as well, but haven't done that in a while. Instead, they give you a free wash at the drive-through wash next door. Hey, better than nothing! If you prefer to wait there, the lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, vending machines as well as a coffee machine. I will say that they charge an arm and a leg for labor on some things that need to be done, however. In these cases, I would shop around and compare prices on repairs. Nonetheless, their customer service is pretty good. Although they take walk ins, appointments are recommended. An oil change takes a couple of hours with an appointment.

At 9 pm the night before we received a text this vehicle was not available for early pickup. This negatively impacted our plans. Upon pick up of the vehicle right off the bat the brakes felt very very bad. About a mile down the road the brakes started to grind and the pedal pulsate. Once the truck was loaded it was almost impossible to stop without being in tow haul mode. Thank you Jesus we only had 10 miles to drive and the truck was only at 1/2 capacity. I told the very nice gentleman helping us If someone were to drive that over the grapevine they would be on a suicide mission. Don't put your life in danger find a more reputable U-Haul Location. The owner or GM of this location is running a sloppy undermanned store. 2 employees having to do it all. That's not fair to them or your customers. My first time going to the Long Beach Honda to get my car serviced and the experience was not good…read more I am used to the Culver City Honda which has better services. 1) They only have a shuttle drop but no pick up for you if you want to leave your car and go somewhere else. The culver city Honda will actually pay for an uber to pick up and drop off when you get your car serviced. 2) I got pushed for a bunch of unnecessary services that I did not need when I just wanted an oil change, tire rotation and engine coolant. Instead the service consultant told me I needed to replace thermostat and air fan in addition to the coolant. They also told me I need the air valve replaced at 100K miles. In total I ended up paying over $1200 for unnecessary things they pushed on to me. 3) Poor communication. The service consultant told me it would take a few hours and I needed up staying all day from 8am to 5pm waiting for my car to get serviced. 4) The day after I got my car serviced I took it to Costco for a new tire and Costco told me that there was a damaged post on my wheel. This was something that Long Beach Honda should have saw since I got my tired rotated the day before but they did not even notify or tell me that there was damage.
