I have going to this Automotive store for over 10 years . On 1/24/26 at 12 pm, I had a pretty rude experience with the Customer Service there. I purchased some pretty expensive wipers & had asked to have them put on , my newer vehicle . He literally dropped the pieces of the blades on my hood , like it was a junky car. No apologies no nothing. I have 2 vehicles and will now drive to the hood , to get better customer service . I would not recommend to be helped by an associate that clearly hates his work. read more

My Roommate came to this Autozone on Thursday to buy a replacement lightbulb for my car. Guy gave us the wrong lightbulb after we insisted that it was the wrong bulb and after trying to get it installed we confirmed it was the wrong bulb like we knew it was. Whatever. We come back today on Saturday with the intent to either exchange the wrong bulb for the correct bulb or at least buy a new one. What can only be called an insane woman suffering from some kind of personality disorder who claimed to be the Store Manager (Irma P) comes out immediately accusing my roommate of being high, of wanting to ask for money among other inflammatory accusations and outright refusal to provide us with service. Irma P acted wholly unprofessional on multiple occasions reacted with hysterical screaming at completely level and calm responses. Irma P in multiple instances screamed and yelled and made veiled racial statements about my roommate and refused to provide the number to the corporate office only responding with further yelling and hysterical threats. The entire store and the store staff looked embarrassed for Irma P and frankly she shouldn't work at this store location or any location until she either gets her medication in check or gets sober off the meth or PCP she probably smokes (Irma P looked to be in her late 50s) in between embarrassing herself in front of customers. Absolutely disgraceful and we will never be back and Irma P should be fired. read more

I always like visiting this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They an check your battery life, help you check other fluids and quote you the right parts. Parking in this location is also easy as it is located inside a big plaza. I just wish that their reward system is per dollar instead of spending $25 to accumulate a point. read more

This was by far the worst customer service. When I walked into the store my boyfriend was clearly getting harassed by this older woman. Now my boyfriend who doesn't look like a bum and also has a long history with auto zone spending money at this business. ( he has a dodge charger srt8 2008) so he's always keeps it maintenance. He needed a radiator cap. He doesn't get the receipt. He gets it all digital so they clearly have a copy of it in their system. Now their system says that they have one store which is the guy told him and showed him on the computer but this older woman comes in and now they don't even have one in the store anymore, so they're telling me their computer system has glitches in it that don't worry about the radiator cam because there's another store only a mile away from Here. Why is none of the other employees checking this older lady he's clearly talking to someone else and she just keeps on trying for what no item no reason so now we're not getting any help here because of this lady's feelings is becoming so much affecting her business service and is affecting all the other employees not to help my boyfriend who always spends money at AutoZone and has the radiator cap that at this location, but they're telling him to pretty much F off and go down the street Please please improve your customer service and please treat everyone fair. read more

Autozone on Lakewood Blvd by the traffic circle. Autozone has your car needs if you need something. So I pull up here by the Ralph's parking lot. There is a lot parking here for Autozone. Walk in and was greeted by friendly staff and helpful. Asked me year and make and they got my break pads. I also needed other items for my car. Felt good to know I can get life time warranty for my parts. Made it easy they keep all my information so next time I can swap out parts. Was nice and pretty fast. read more

I needed new windshield wipers and had to admit I didn't know how to install them. I went to the dealer, but their service/parts department was so crowded, not even a parking place in the lot. I looked on Yelp and saw that this Auto Zone is right in my area. The young woman clerk found the right size for my car, showed me a comparison of quality/price in the selection, and actually went out to my car with me and in about 2 minutes had changed them out. A small thing for most, but some of us don't have resources nearby to help with small things that need attention, but it means alot that my little problem was treated with care and kindness.
