    BEWARE, CABE TOYOTA DAMAGED ALL MY RIMS AND DID NOT, IS NOT WILLING TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY. I was in need of a wheel alignment on a Saturday morning and I was glad to walk-in and get a 1 hour service time estimate. Service was performed in under an hour. Thanks RJ, my service advisor. And now to the reason I am writing this review. Well, a few days later I noticed a scratch on one of my rims. I thought, "crap, I must've hit something." But after further inspection I noticed additional scratches, damage, and the interesting part was that they were spaced 7/7.5 inches apart. I then inspected all the rims and they all had scratches/damage, 4 per rim, again the same distance from each other. At this point I knew I was not the cause of the damage. Since the last time my rims were touched was at Cabe I gave them a call and explained my situation. They told me to come down and that they would take care of it. Immediately after pulling up to the Service Department my vehicle was taken to the alignment station, where a group of employees huddled around it. Evenly I was called over and told they had no clue how my rims were damaged as they held up the clamp, clamp attachments lined up exactly to the 4 marks on my rim, used to alignment my vehicle. Then the service manager had the audacity to try and blame another dealership and me. At this point it was clear that although they had no idea how they did it they did it. Service manager asked what I wanted, I said, " rims replaced." He countered with rims re-powder coated, but I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks, leave my vehicle for 3 days and I had to cover my transportation. It seemed like an ok offer, but quality would not compare to existing, I would have no warranty for the work and the time it would cost me. So instead I decided to take what it would cost them to repair ($150 total - special pricing from sub - Rims retail for $950) and walk out and never come back. However, as I replayed what I had just gone through on my way home, I got angry. Angry that Cabe wasn't taking full responsibility. I had better things to do then deal with this, plus the fact that I was made to feel as if I was trying to scam them. So I called Cabe and told them to keep their money and that I would prefer to write up a bad review. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AND TIME, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID CABE TOYOTA. I WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS ANYONE ELSE WHO EVEN THINKS OF GOING THERE FOR SERVICE AND/OR CAR BUYING. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO IGNORE MY ADVICE, PLEASE TAKE BEFORE PHOTOS AS I AM PRETTY SURE MY EXPERIENCE HAS OCCURRED MORE THAN ONCE BEFORE. 06/15/20 Update: Now per Cabe Toyota response they have camera footage. Where was this footage when I stopped by? Incredible how it turned up, please share it so I can remove my review, if it doesn't show Cabe was at fault. Look at the physical evidence, rim scratches lined up exactly to your alignment clamp and vehicle was parked at my home until I notice the damage. I guess it is my fault for having Cabe service my vehicle.

    Hilarious!!! I left feeling, WHAT?? Did I just pay for an Oil & Filter Change that didn't include the oil? Cause I see an additional motor oil charge. I was told I lost my Free Oil Change deal cause I declined some maintenance I could do on my own or get for free. Cabin air filter, engine filter and tire rotation. Read and was sent the fine print. Couldn't find it own their website. Anyway, talk about up front pricing. It's FISHY & chips, and they charge extra for the fish . Can't make this stuff up, pics included An extra star for the free donuts and selection of hot drinks

    Looking for a great place to service your Toyota and know you are dealing with an honest service center than this is your location. I get greeted immediately each time I come here and the work is always fully explained in detail. There are no high pressure tactics nor up selling. They will be honest and as we all know when dealing with cars the honest truth sometimes hurts. The service center is clean and welcoming and they have done a great job with physical distancing. They wear masks and have plexi shields in all service desks. Come check them out. You won't be disappointed. Trust me, I drive here (Long Beach) from Irvine just because I know they are the best. Cheers!

I had an unexpected emergency tire issue right before a holiday weekend -- the worst timing possible -- and I needed to get out of town. They didn't just help... they saved my plans. From the moment I arrived, Louie, Jose, Pablo, Page, and Andy treated me with genuine care, urgency, and professionalism. They found a way to accommodate my situation quickly and safely, and I left feeling confident about continuing my trip. The shop itself is extremely well‑kept -- clean, organized, and clearly managed with pride. The environment feels welcoming, and the team works together seamlessly. Another bonus: if you drop off your car, there are shopping areas and food options nearby. You can easily walk, or take a quick Uber to grab a bite or browse stores while they work on your vehicle. It makes the whole experience even more convenient. I would recommend Performance Plus Tire to anybody and everybody -- whether you're dealing with an emergency or just need routine service. This is a shop that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I checked 6 shops in total. This was the most accommodating and resonable priced.
