The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). The people on staff are actually paddlers and/or rowers, so they understand what it's all about. Their small retail location is generally well-stocked, and if there's something they don't have, they'll get it. Returns are painless and easy. Fair prices, and they do custom work if you want something special built for you. Do I miss Oregon River Sports? Well, yeah, kind of. It probably took them closing shop for Oregon Paddle Sports to be able to open a retail shop. The only complaint is their online catalog is really difficult to use, and has no prices. Before booking an appointment I went in to chat with the owner and service staff. I was impressed in the way they addressed my concerns. About two weeks later I I dropped my RV off at 8 am. My instructions were to check all seals, winterize, service the generator, remove current kitchen faucet and install the one I supplied, and check overhead cab area in my Winnebago Class C Outlook for leaks. Having paid to repair leaks in previous and current RV I was thinking the worst. Later that early afternoon I received a call saying that the clearance lights covers were cracked and he wanted to order them. I was relieved it was a simple problem. What impressed me was the dialog and call from the shop. My RV was repaired in a timely manner and what I thought was a more than a fair price. The invoice was itemized completely. While I have only one experience at Armstrong RV repair I will certainly be going back. If nothing else stop in and chat to see if that is a shop you want to create a relationship with.

Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!

Rude, dishonest and/ vague to buyers questions to sleeze their way to the sale…read more Darin-If you feel the need to part out main components and accessories off of their RVs, don't charge the new buyer for it, have the common sense not to include them in the ad, don't literally lie when directly asked questions about the product ( in our case, an under/overdrive) and remove the signage, owners manuals and keys for the items, you thieves! Good luck getting into that safe!
