I'm a single mom with a stressful job, so this was a treat I was really looking forward to. I was referred by a friend to a specific stylist (with the highest fee) at Scout and booked an appointment. After waiting a month, I received a text message 24 hours before my appointment (not a call, a text) stating that the stylist wouldn't be in and that they could schedule me with a much less experienced stylist (with no mention of price difference) at a completely different time (that didn't work with my schedule on 24hr-notice). After checking their website, it's clear that my original stylist no longer works there. No clue how long they knew about this before finally contacting me. I'm leaving for vacation next week and now I can't get my hair done. To say this was an extremely disappointing experience is an understatement. Honestly, who does something like this via text? Customer service definitely needs some work here.

Tina makes amazing sandwiches and great soups in the fall they also try to get most produces locally if possible. The new space is giving artist a place to show and to chill. I also want to point out that all the negative message are from the same people on the same day and it only shows their interpretation. there is no such thing a free water , the owner has to pay for the cups , has to pay for the electricity to make ice cubes so for someone to come into a snack shop to demand and yell the want tap water it's ridiculous. You don't have a Right for that you do have a right to have your own water or pay for a water bottle it's a business after all. So instead of acknowledging that you are wrong you and your family go online and blast a locally owned business. You only came to visit, many many local businesses and people disagree with the negative reviews and there is a reason it's busy many days. It's just good food made with care So yes I HIGHLY recommend coming here and have some food

I am Celiac, so I was questioning different items on the menu to see if they were gluten-free. The majority of the waitstaff didn't know much about whether items were gluten-free or not. They did go back to the cooks and find out. We had the chips & guacamole, and street corn cob as an appetizer. The chips for the chips and guac were mostly broken, which was disappointing, but the guacamole was very good. The tortilla chips are not gluten-free. They are made of corn, but are cooked in the same fryer as the churros which means they are cross contaminated. The street corn on the cob was excellent and we found out, gluten-free. Two of the members of our group had burritos. They were very big and well wrapped. They both enjoyed them. The rest of us had tacos. We had Carne Asada. (Excellent!), tuna (also very good) and pork (excellent!). If you don't like spice, the pork is the way to go. I ordered the chickpea and sweet potato side with my tacos. It was so spicy it was un edible. Even those in our group who like a lot of spice said it was too much and I couldn't eat it. Overall, it was a great meal. We really enjoyed ourselves. The deck was nice and I did not get sick from cross contamination. Overall, Trail Break was a winner.
