They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!

I brought it in expecting answers and support. Instead, I got neither. They don't offer loaner cars, so I had to spend $350 on a rental for just three days. After all that, they told me it was just a "glitch in the system." No real explanation. No accountability. No compensation for my time or money wasted. To make it worse, they left my car with 7 miles in the tank because they "had to drive it to get a read." That should have been clearly explained upfront. It wasn't. When I asked for a ride home, they told me the shuttle was closed so once again, I had to spend more of my own money. The whole place feels cold and robotic. No empathy. No effort to make things right. When you buy a new car, you expect support -- not to be brushed off and left paying out of pocket for their mistakes. I do not recommend this shop for vehicle electronics installations…read more I contacted them beforehand with very specific details about my fleet vehicle and the hardwired GPS tracker I supplied. I explained the features I needed, and they assured me they could complete the installation correctly. I even offered access to the tracker app so they could test their work, but they declined. After paying a premium price for the installation, I discovered the lock/unlock functions were reversed. I called and was told to bring it back, despite the shop being over an hour away. Shortly afterward, my vehicle developed an EPC warning light and check engine light related to the installation. Their only solution was to bring it in on their schedule, which caused me to lose a scheduled reservation and more time. I ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership because I no longer trusted the shop to work on it. The dealership had to repair the issues, and I was left covering the cost. What should have been a $250 job ended up costing me around $1,000. The mistakes are frustrating, but the lack of urgency and accountability afterward was the biggest problem. I would not recommend this shop for important vehicle electronics work.
