We had a great experience! If you need a car, this is the place. Tom, rocks!!! After the purchase there was an issue with the dealership processing the certified check. It is known that a certified check is a personal check that a bank has verified as legitimate and guaranteed to be paid. Well whomever processes payments at the dealer could not get the check processed through their system and began calling my daughter and demanding she figure their issue out. They stated the check wasn't valid and she needed to give them another check. My daughter contacted the bank and they told her that if the dealership was trying to process the check electronically that it would not go through, and they would need to go to the bank. Instead of doing that, they proceeded to contact my daughter, and it became unbearable. This was not acceptable. They made her feel like she had done something wrong, and this was not the case. We hope they figure out the process so this doesn't happen to another buyer.

Starting with not being open at my scheduled appointment time, burning out my initial replacement part, vehicle not ready at time for pick up due to paperwork not done, charges that were more than my $100 deductible, and scratches on my car. While there was a small delay with our appointment, the facility is gorgeous, so grab a coffee, chose a comfortable chair with or without seating, and have some coffee or grab a bottle of water. And how about them bathrooms? Every single one appeared to be private and handicap accessible, like entire rooms within the restroom. The paperwork process we went through here was the only impressive paperwork process I've seen in my life. There was a huge table screen for viewing documents and signing. I'm pretty sure you can't place a mug of coffee on it, but that's impressive stuff. All info is on a usb drive and given to you after signing. Everything is delivered by folks who look and sound like they went to finishing school and ran through a magical polishing machine before coming to work. We didn't buy a Lexus and we didn't need to bother with financing, and the car we purchased would've easily been moved off the lot the next day or week, but they certainly treated us like their other high-end customers. After a super efficient process, congrats and a handshake, we were presented with our immaculate three-year used vehicle. Imagine all of those positive vibes after a massive personal screw up. If I'm ever in the market for a Lexus, I'll be coming early to enjoy a cup of coffee.
