This chain can never be my everything grocery store, but for pantry items, canned goods and discounted wine, you can't beat the prices. If I'm buying produce, I give it a thorough look. They even have really nice greeting cards for $1.99. Bargain Market sells items that are close to expiration, which is why the prices are lower, so pay attention if you are buying items where this matters like cheese, meat, bagged salads, yogurt and dairy. Personally, I stay away from buying their meat because the quality is sub par. A package of chicken tenders had so many tendons that after I cut them out, the meat was all diced up and no longer a "tender." Same with a tri-pack of seasoned taco meat (steak, pork, chicken) - all so overseasoned they were indistinguishable. But a 4-pack of 14 oz Swanson chicken broth for $2.29; Progresso Parmesan Breadcrumbs for $1.49; 28 oz cans of Muir crushed tomatoes for 99 cents; and a huge bag of dried chili mango for $7 were items well worth the price. Wine is also reduced and sometimes they offer additional 20% off. I'm a fan of rEd blends and cabs and they have lots of options. I'll use my smartphone to look up the wine to see the reviews and to make sure the price is really a deal. Sometimes they over exaggerate the "original" price, but even when they do, the marked price is typically less than elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and they were genuinely happy when I complimented the condition of the store, saying they hear that all the time.

Still, for the past many years I've been frequenting this area for convenience and given the opportunity to also play Pokémon there. (The mall was as rich with Pokestops and Gyms as it was with its prices!) Suddenly, however, all of the Pokemon hotspots have vanished and/or have restricted hours, One less incentive to visit for me! It's a good place for people like me who like bargain hunting. One of the big draws for me has been the craft section. Unlike its competitors, Tuesday morning sells yarn. I've been able to find some great color ways in natural fibers for $5 a skein from brands that I recognize. It can be hard to find enough of the same skein for a big project though and they have less yarn than usual. I've also been able to find markers and pencils from brands like Marvy and Spectrum Noir. It's also been a great place for finding candles and blankets. When my husband and I got our first Christmas tree I was able to find a lot of unique and awesome ornaments for $5 a piece that were made from porcelain or metal. Yes I could get cheaper ornaments at Dollar Tree next door but they did not look as nice. During Covid the shopping experience has been a bit more difficult. Everyone is wearing masks but the instructions on which direction to take down the aisle aren't followed. They put down blue tape arrows which was be difficult to see. It's a similar situation at check out -- there are tape asterisks. Yesterday people were standing there not realizing it looked like the were in line and the cashier didn't say anything to them. Also, I know that we aren't supposed to use plastic bags anymore but I don't drive and sometimes need them to transport bigger items home on rainy days. They used to have huge awesome plastic bags as recently as last year, but stopped offering them. They often have awesome looking floral wreaths and I've wanted to get one for a long time. I bought it yesterday but wasn't asked if I wanted a bag, just told to pay. Then when I said I needed a bag I was told that the only bags they had cost 5 cents and what I was shown looked like it wouldn't fit the wreath. Even though there were no customers behind me, the cashier expected me to make a decision right away. So I ended up having to carry the wreath on my arm into the next store and on my way home, which was inconvenient. I know Tuesday Morning is struggling right now since they filed for bankruptcy and closed a lot of stores. Add Covid on top of that and it's probably not an easy time to work there. But I wish the cashiers were a bit friendlier and more understanding about accessibility issues. I would probably shop there more often if that were the case.

I had to walk up to this cashier to tell him that their were 8 people in line behind me plus 5 more behind ALL of the other EMPTY cash registers, and asked if he could please page for a second cashier. He paged for a back up cashier. No one came up to ring on the cash register! The cashier did not even bother to notice that no other cashier came to help. 5 minutes later two other employees walked out by the cash registers, but neither one of them bothered to look up to see what was now over 15 people waiting for a second cashier to open up a second cash register! And neither one of them bothered to call out to the large crowd of customers that they could come over to their cash register to be rung up! They continued to look down, not making any eye contact with customers, at all! I have shopped at this store before, and they FREQUENTLY have 8 to 10 customers in line with only one cashier. I am done! I will not be shopping in this location anymore! This does not happen at the other locations. I just read the other 23 customer reviews below for this store, here on Yelp. And 10 out of the 23 customer reviews mention only one cashier on duty, long lines of customers, and a few of the reviews mentioned poor customer service!
