I find that unacceptable for a customer who is actually shopping in your store and you have public restrooms to not open them for the public. It is my belief they cleaned them early so they could go home early or on time but did not want their customers to use the bathrooms again. I had to walk across two parking lot to find a restroom. When I got in, there was a lot more space than I thought. That was nice because I only worry when I go to places for club meetups that I have squeeze into tight spaces. Walking in for a bunch of things to like shop around such as blind boxes and jewelry. There was Smiski and Sonny Angels so I got a box of each. I was so excited because lots of places either have fakes or it is sold out. I got two kinds of boba drinks-a Okinawa milk tea and a passionfruit and Yuzu mix. Both very tasty! If I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back and there's usually a meet up there which is really nice because they offer a lot of things to buy so I can support their business more.

Hitting up these shops has always been a must when I've traveled in Japan. I find that at least for this one in Oswego that the number of products available was a lot more than I thought it'd be especially with the added plus of their more expensive but still bargain-priced Standard product line. This was happily surprising even though it totally wrecked my plans of just popping in to grab a couple of little things to add to my neices' Easter baskets. The trip ended up turning into a familiar situation of finding myself slowly idling through every aisle to be sure I noted everything that was available. Suddenly many of the little things I had to leave behind in Tokyo were once again at my fingertips and I didn't have to worry about overfilling a suitcase. Two brimming bags and $40 later I made it out of what I'm sure was just the first of many random trips to these new Chicagoland Daisos.
