We tried this Gelato spot before our Italy summer trip and to our surprise the owner went to Italy and studied how to master Gelato and has come and brought this gem to Knoxville. The pistachio flavor was to die for! Will NOT be my last time coming here. Love it!

Strawberry on top and fior Dior di latte at the bottom. Delicious!

I'm so happy that a gelato shop opened in downtown Knox! This place is the real deal and brings back memories of my trip to Italy a few years ago. The owner is so friendly along with the other staff. The decor is adorable and definitely Instagram worthy! They were unfortunately out of several flavors when I visited due to a freezer issue, but I was still able to try the strawberry and fior di latte. Both were delicious! Even though they weren't my first choice, I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Nothing tasted artificial and you can tell they use real and fresh ingredients. I cannot wait to come back and try the other flavors they have to offer! This place is definitely worthy of a 5 star rating.

Delizioso! We tried the pistachio, mint cookies and cream, fruits of the forest, and chai tea latte (oatmilk). Everything was wonderful!

This place is the perfect combination of charming and amazing quality. It's a cute little shop in the middle of Old City with a variety of outstanding flavors of gelato. Not to mention the portions are more than generous, a small gives you about 2 scoops! The owner was also super friendly and puts his heart into this spot.

Best gelato anywhere including Italy last summer! The perfect addition to the Old City next to the Melting Pot! Yummy for the Tummy!

A new gelato place has opened up in Old City, and it is molto bene! I had the chocolate and the almond butter, but there were lots of flavors, including several sorbets. The owner (previously of Cafe Vicolo fame) trained in Italy, and he makes a mean Italian ice cream. Opens officially May 2, just in time for

Hot day in Nashville. Cool creamy treat was the perfect solution. My regret was not trying the pecan pralines which looked incredible!

We decided to try this place and awe are so glad we did. Our whole crew joined us and there was not a sour face in the bunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Garlic knots were so tasty. We both got a different 8 inch pizza because we couldn't agree on one. We narrowed it down to the Hawaiian with pepperoni and the Rocky Balboa. The 8 inch would have fed the two of us just fine with four large slices per pie, but as I said they had so many flavor combinations that we wanted to try we could narrow it down to one pizza. The pie did not disappoint. The crust was cooked to perfection, the sauce had great flavor, there were plenty of toppings. The staff were so friendly. The food came out fast. I literally have no complaints! We will be back!

On several visits, we have specifically requested that our garlic cheese bread and salad arrive before the pizza so we can actually enjoy the appetizer and salad course first. Tonight, we again had a very clear conversation about this request, yet everything arrived in the exact opposite order. What was most frustrating was being told that "the pizza comes out when the pizza comes out," as though there is no ability for the front staff and kitchen to coordinate timing. In an open-concept restaurant where the order staff and kitchen are working side by side, it seems like simple communication could easily solve this issue. We truly enjoy the food and want this restaurant to succeed, but proper pacing of a meal is part of good dining service. Appetizers and salads should enhance the experience -- not arrive simultaneously with or after the main course. We hope management will take this constructively because the food deserves service that matches its quality

I could not be more grateful Jeremiah's was open, with friendly staff eager to help our indecisiveness. The space was clean, there was no wait, and the flavor combination options are endless. Not sure what's going on with their sprinkles but they are somehow better than any other sprinkles I've ever had?? Like extra crunchy? Insane. Spectacular. I enjoyed a creamy swirled soft serve--just right. Jeremiah's Italian Ice is a colorful industrial spot that focuses mostly on decorating Italian ice with candied this and that--not for me. If you are into all of that Jeremiah's got lots of it. The server was charming as she explained the difference between "gelato" and "gelati". I think I got it. Keep an eye out for Jeremiah's Italian Ice on the end of the Snow Hill Publix complex right next to I-75's famous exit 11.
