This is the cutest lil coffee and treat shop tucked in Union Ave in Downtown Knoxville! I love their hot chocolate and really love their macaroons. If you have a sweet tooth, stop in! Warning, the shop is really small so it can get cramped when busy!

Very chic looking coffee bar. The place was clean and smelled amazing. Coffee and chocolate filled your nostrils and brought a smile to your face. The baristas were all smiles and super welcoming. The coffee was good and the chocolates were better.

I got a latte with coconut flavoring in it, three chocolates and two macaroons. The macaroons were tasty but kind of rip off for the size you get. They were three dollars apiece and a little bit bigger than the size of a quarter. The chocolates were gross I threw them away because they were gritty so whoever made them did not make them right. The latte was so so but it tasted kind of like burnt coffee

Got the peanut butter brownie cookie and it was not something I would get again probably. It was fairly dry and small for the high price. They do have places to sit inside and out and I would like to give the coffee a whirl.

It kills me to give a small local business 3 starts. I moved my review to 4 from 3 and then back to 3. This just based on service. Maybe it is just me but if I am about to spend 20+ on chocolate I would like the person selling the chocolate to be a little more Friendly and interested in my business. Maybe it is a generational thing but we weren't greeted with a hello and were offered any help with our selection. I asked a question about a chocolate I felt like I was an inconvenience. The chocolates themselves were good, based on service I wouldn't shop there again. What cute turtles lack in taste, they make up for in cuteness. We came based off a photo I saw of the turtle. I was so out off by the "vibe" I didn't take any photos of the inside.

This was our second visit to this delightful establishment. Our first time was a morning when we were staying nearby and we grabbed some coffee and some chocolate covered espresso beans to-go, which was all amazing! This recent visit was strictly for dessert after a dinner date downtown. It did not disappoint! We order a couple of Macarons and a variety of a dozen chocolates. As much as i love everything else I've tried here, to be honest, I'm not a fan of their Macarons, i prefer French-style macarons with an Italian-Buttercream. But, that's all preference. Their Chocolate is out of this world!!! Every single thing is delicious crafted and beautifully designed. We'll definitely be stopping by again when we're in town! Yum!

Came here on a busy Saturday morning, and the line was out the door. You can tell that the locals just love this spot. The good news is the two people working the counter had the line moving quickly and soon I was my happy self with my cappuccino in hand. The inside was bustling with people and there is seating inside as well as outside. The baristas were so pleasant and friendly when I put in my order. There's plenty to choose from here not just coffee. There's of course their famous chocolates, which I will have to try next time. But also on the sweet snack side, there's the following: chocolate chip cookies, ice lemon cookies, Brookies, peanut butter Brookies, blueberry muffins, chocolate waffles, and cholate almond biscotti. All the sweets were $4. My cappuccino was $4 as well, plus $.80 for a flavor shot. I liked how they had a huge selection of flavor shots. And if you like their coffee, you can purchase a 12 oz bag of whole bean coffee for $15 to bring home. Can't wait to return next time I'm downtown, to try those pretty heart chocolates and enjoy another delicious cappuccino.

Super cute coffee shop that is also a chocolatier. I had the spicy mocha which was really spicy but really good!! Such good quality Of chocolate. It was the perfect temp, really a good mocha! The barista was awesome! So sweet. She was by herself but did a great job juggling all of us. It was a big place but you could sit if you wanted. I did also get a box of 6 assorted chocolates. Not only are they beautiful but so good! Very intense but the right size where it's the perfect two bites. If you're in Market Square you should definitely stop in!

Coffee and chocolate - two of my favorite things! I couldn't leave Knoxville without stopping by. It was conveniently located riiiight next to my hotel, so I had no excuse not to go. My son and I actually went on our last day in Knoxville, right before checking out of the hotel. Masks are required and the indoor dining room is closed. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman behind the counter when we entered. I ordered a cinnamon honey oat milk latte for myself and a decaf iced caramel macchiato for my son. I know I said chocolates are my favorite, but my eyes were immediately drawn to their giant iced lemon cookies. I was never a fan of lemon flavored desserts, but just recently started to get into lemon cookies. I had to have theirs. I ordered two and gave one to a friend who loves lemon cookies. My son and I enjoyed our drinks. My coffee was nice and strong, just what I needed for the drive home. We didn't eat the cookies until we got back to Georgia and they were delicious, even the next day!

The tiramisu tasted like sludge, did they use cake mix? The coffee wasn't anything special. Don't even get me started on the baristas behavior, very rude and unprofessional holding back her laugh as i talked, I know what i was saying was not funny nor a joke so what was her problem. I normally don't ever leave reviews behind, so that's how bad it was. I wrote a poem. Rancid brew in a chipped-up cup, Tiramisu that I could not sup, One bad bite and I nearly hiccup, I left that shop and never went up read more

Macarons were lovely, but way too firm and dry. Inside fillings were dense like a frosting that had been left out overnight to dry. They had great flavor options, but none of them had any scent at all - a blackberry vanilla macaron, for example, had the same non-scent as the caramel and the orange creme. Latte and machiatto were both lackluster and at least 1/3 foam. Lots of pretty chocolates, but we didn't taste any so cannot comment. Thick Biscoff cookie looked great, but tasted bland (all 3 people whontasted it agreed). read more

I got a s'mores iced latte 24oz ($8) and it was made in a few minutes. The latte was pretty solid, it had a good chocolate and vanilla taste to it (just missing the smokiness taste). The coffee itself was good with it having 4 shot of expresso it gave me that caffeine hit I needed. Staff were very friendly and the inside was really cute. They also had a variety of sweets and deserts for purchase that also looked amazing. Overall a good experience that I would definitely back to! We were here a year ago and the guy who was the barista did a great job made us amazing coffees and we are feeling like we would return in future. This year on our way to Christmas with family we stopped by again and unfortunately, this time the coffee not only tasted bad, but it was poorly made. They are beautiful, pastries, and chocolates, but they cost as exuberant. read more

Eyed this up while wandering the streets looking for places to shop. So many options and flavoring syrups to choose from! I didn't get a chance to try the chocolate, however the Chai Latte was one of the best I've ever had. The man working (solo), got my drink out in less than a minute! Terrible Americano co , weak . The server told me there were two shots of espresso. But it really did not taste good. The front desk server was very good at customer service but honestly if the very basic Americano tastes like this I would not return. Cute decor and ambience and good service but the coffee and the lavender macaroons are a thumbs down for me. Sorry guys! read more

A brilliant idea this little shop is! Stopped in when I needed a quick pick me up in the evening, since it's open late. Coffee was great and so were the chocolates. The barista was friendly and you could tell he really cared for his customers - as he greeted a few frequent visitors by name and engaged in personal conversation with them. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area! read more

Stopped in front and ran in with hubby in the car to get my chocolate fix. Made the mistake of buying 12 for a whopping $37.50. Very poor chocolates. Tiny, weird flavours and mouth feel. Only got dark as that's all I eat and they were more like milk. I spend a lot on chocolates with Godiva, See's and Chatham Candy select-able boxes being my faves so I don't mind spending for quality. These are not even in the same ball park. Since I haven't tried the coffee I'll give them an extra star but for the chocolates alone only one. read more

Super cute coffee place in downtown. I got An oat milk vanilla latte which was delicious. Four stars because they don't have vegan dessert options that I saw at least it wasn't clearly labeled although I did not ask. The Miral inside is also super cute highly recommend stopping here for coffee it's a little bit pricey but the coffee is very good. read more

A cute little shop downtown, and right off the highway. They have hand painted chocolates that are GORGEOUS! I bought a box of 6 for $12. They are delicious and adorable. So beautiful it's hard to eat them! But delicious enough that I am. They also have great coffee - the guy working made me an amazing lavender latte! Sadly this drink is difficult to find that is made well, so I am very happy to know this place makes a good version. Will definitely return when in town! read more

I ordered a 24oz iced matcha latte with oat milk and lavender, and 3 macarons: London fog, pistachio strawberry, and lavender vanilla. Two things I get frequently and would consider my favorite treats. Unfortunately, they were both super disappointing. There was way too much syrup in the latte, making it overly sweet and difficult to drink. The macarons tasted freezer burnt. Really disappointing as this place was highly rated on Yelp & Google. read more

Other than the wait this place was pretty good. Poor girl was in there working for hours alone w a constant line. It wasn't until 3rd time we were finally able to get in to order. Definitely need to be patient when u get a craving. Truffles and other pastries were delicious. Sorry devoured before could get pics. read more

The barista / chocolatier was patient with my decisions over the many many varies of chocolate to choose from. He answered questions and offered suggestions. So many delicious chocolates! Got 3 kinds. The Hazelnut Grenache, Pistachio cherry and the Cashew Turtle. They were ALL delicious! read more

Unfortunately, the hand tart had several edges that I discovered later had been burnt. This impacted the flavor of the whole item and sadly diminished it greatly. The fruit filling was tasty at least, though I didn't get much raspberry from it -- mostly blueberry. I'd be down to try again in the future, just would come earlier in the day when the selection is a bit larger and the products available are a bit more "choice," let's say. I appreciated the kind service and lovely vibes!

There are cookies, brownies, cupcakes, single cake and cheesecake slices and full size cheesecakes for sale. My favorites are the oatmeal sammie and the PB cheesecake. I normally avoid sugar cookies but their version with the sanding sugar is too notch! We definitely prefer the storefront, as the items are super fresh and I love that they carry the single servings. Whenever we are downtown for work, this is our stop. When you get something from the Kroger Magpie's selection, it will either be a full size cheesecake or a sampler box of cookies or bars/brownies. It is hit or miss as to how fresh the items are here. This location now refrigerates the sammies, too, which seems to dry them out quickly. Bummer. From either location, we definitely prefer the cheesecakes, pies, and cookies to the actual cake. Either way, support this local gem!

I entered this place and was immediately and rudely told to leave because I wasn't wearing a mask. They didn't ask why, they didn't care why. I'm on lung steroids, not that it's any of their business, and cannot wear the mask or my treatments won't work as well. Who runs this place? Do they just not like my African skin in their white store? Us black folk need to stick together and boycott places that don't care about us when we're sick; just like we were only useful to them when we were healthy as slaves. read more

Coffee and Chocolate is the absolute best coffee shop in downtown Knoxville. In fact, it's the best coffee shop in all of Knoxville. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The chocolates are to die for. Worth ever penny. The scones are yummy. I'm so glad Knoxville finally has a great coffee shop, very much like the cool coffee shops in New York or California.
