Three huge complaints!! 1). $335 towing fee!!! The accident…read morewas less than five miles away. When we arrived at the business and asked about it, the reply was, "well that's the going fee." Uh NO!! I can have the car towed to my house 22 miles away for $200. Somehow they can't find the "actual" towing bill. 30 minutes later when someone else shows up, they finally locate the bill. See the picture, $150 - tow, $65 admin fee, $45 clean up, $75 winching. SERIOUSLY??? I understand the tow, but all the rest is BS!!! 2). My daughter was never told there would be a storage charge. She actually bought her car from the lot associated with the business. And they let her sell her old car from that same lot and never charged her any storage charge. 3) RUDE with an attitude like they just don't give a s*it. ("It was your responsibility to call us". "Did you think we'd just store it for free". "That's just the going rate". WTF!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!! My daughter was in an accident in her old Jeep less than 5 miles from the shop. The car was badly damaged and had to be towed. She had a severe concussion as a result. While EMS was helping her, the car was towed to Rick Worley and Son (of a bi-itch). This was a Thursday and Monday when we called we were told the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. THAT WAS FINE and anticipated. BUT we were told then we owed the towing fee ($335!!!) and storage fees of $35 per day!!! Again, WTF!!! By Thursday we find our best option is to just scrap the vehicle, but now we owe $580. AND then I'm told we can just sign the vehicle over to them to cover the bill, which is what we ended up doing. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. Our F150 was hit by a deer on the driver's side front and door panels, which required replacement and repaint. The finish work was beautiful and although the truck is almost 10 years old, it looked almost brand new! Hoven always kept us apprised of the status and while it took longer than expected, the results were worth it!
