From the moment I walked in the door, these two were rudely demanding I follow a bunch of rules that were inadequately posted with signage in various locations around the space. Most of their rules seem aimed at driving up sales, not with friendly customer service or reasonable prices or good food smells, but with rudely enforced restrictions on the use of artificially limited space. I had a young child and a younger baby. We came for a birthday party. I had a bit of cake and ice cream to share with the baby. He demanded that we not use the plentiful supply of empty picnic tables to eat, but instead insisted those spaces were only for the consumption of food items purchased off the over-priced menu, above and beyond the cost paid by the hosts of the party. Birthday cake and ice cream, they said, could only be eaten in the tiny (walk-in closet sized space) with one picnic table that had been rented for the party, filled with kids celebrating. I asked to see the signage about this rule and was pointed to one small sign on the opposite side of the large and mostly unoccupied dining area full of tables. I mentioned to the owner that this was inadequate signage and that I would be leaving a review about my experience. I added 'good day', as I walked away from him and GM. He followed me back to the other side of the dining area and threatened to throw me out. He further asked if I would like to be escorted out by the sheriff. I asked what I had done (sir). He replied, "You complained. If you don't like it here, you can leave." I chose not to confront him further just then, but after the party asked the GM if there was a posted rule/sign about how you can be thrown out if you politely complain. She responded that, yes, it was all about whether or not they like your attitude (no sign, apparently). Too much flak, or banter, or them just not liking you, and she frequently had thrown paying customers out of the place. The implication was clear that this could be me at any moment. I asked her to give a precise definition of the over-the-line behavior and she told me I was being threatening and would have to leave. She then moved between me and my daughter and my shoes and my diaper bag so that I had to carefully go around her to avoid any physical contact. She followed me and threatened to call the police. I pulled my phone from my diaper bag and stated I would record the rest of the encounter. She turned and walked away after informing me she was calling the sheriff. I gathered my kids and my things, thanked the party organizers, and left the business. As I was leaving in my car, the owner came out to photograph me, my car, my license plate, and tell me he would be pressing all charges possible; that it was not his first 'Rosemary Dance'. All of this occurred outside the building, in the parking lot, in front of my kids, as I was driving away, and I caught it on a video too large for Google to let me share here. This family-oriented play place is toxic, unfriendly, and unsafe to play because of the behavior of the owner and GM. Two sides to every story? More like a room full of people made uncomfortable by their rapid and threatening escalation to wasting peace officers' time plus many negative Google reviews with stories that range from hilarious to disturbing. 0/5 stars

So, like the previous poster stated, this is essentially a poor man's Kids Town. However, that's…read morenot necessarily a bad thing. It's much smaller than Kids Town, but for my little two year old that was good thing. I was able to hang out in a corner and was able to keep an eye on her the entire time. The price ($4 per kid, no charge for adults) is much more reasonable than Kids Town as well. My kiddo got bored a bit sooner than she would have at Kids Town, but again, not necessarily a bad thing. We spent about 2hrs there and I was certainly ready to go by the time she was. There are a few improvements I would suggest to make this a slightly better experience: 1) There simply MUST be some kind of change with the flooring transition between the "building" room, which is elevated about 3 inches, and the main floor. The flooring is the same color and it's very hard for little kiddos to recognize the drop off. A simple and effective fix would be to put yellow duct tape along the ledge. 2) it needs more (and more comfortable) grown up seating. A great idea would be to add padded benches so kiddos didn't bump their heads on corners 3) It would be really nice to have some kind of climbing/sliding section. A higher end Step2 or Little Tikes climber/slide would do the trick. Just something to help get the wiggles out. At the end of the day though, it's a great addition to Rexburg and we will definitely be going back soon and often.

The line to get onto the Lift was fairly long--even with only 20 people ahead it still took almost 20 minutes until our turn. At the top the employee's instructions on making the cart faster/ensuring safety was easy to understand. Great for little kids. THE VIEW AND THE RIDE Being from Flat Florida and even coming from so many awesome views at nearby Yellowstone--the chair ride to the top was still breathtaking. Glances behind you provide great views of Jackson as well as the valley beyond. Of course it's also cool seeing the ground drop away from your feet with only a lap bar as your safety. We sat frozen though because the chair lift swayed with the gentle wind and strange creaking sounds made it sound like our cart would fall away any second. Although I understand the limitations, the 'advanced' slide (that doesn't mean you have to be experienced) could've easily become more 'thrilling' with the addition of sharper descents and a few uphill ascents. Oh well- it was definitely a fun ride either way especially with feeling the wind on your face and seeing the bushes whip by you. Awww the ride ended too early (again I understand the limitations haha) making you want to go again and again.

On Mother's Day weekend , my wife wanted to check out this place since we were all off. We also heard that you can pay to feed the bear cubs. Who doesn't want to feed a bear cub??? Unfortunately, bear cub feedings starts on Memorial Day weekend. This place is a drive thru experience where you will see beavers, deer, elk, and bison before you see the bears. There was a couple really cool whiteboard elk! The second half of the park you will go the through the bear exhibit. If you haven't seen a bear up close, this is the place to see one! Thank goodness for windows! We went around 10am and ALL the bears were active! They were charging one another and you suddenly have this sense of FEAR come over you as you see them charging your way! You can go around as many times as you like if you "bearly" saw anything. There are other exhibits such as a dinosaur area where they have life-sized models and one even had animatronics. We didn't go to this display this time around. The gift shop is conveniently placed in the middle of the park to lure you into purchasing your bear paraphernalia since you still have your emotions of experiencing a bear up close running high. It worked! We bought a bunch of cool bear souvenirs The petting zoo had a bunch of goats that will come running to you as you turn the crank on the pebble food dispenser and will steal all the pellets from your hand if you're not careful. Lol. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I've had at a "zoo!" We're coming back to feed a bear cub!!!

We spent two days in Idaho Falls, and on day two, we decided to explore some local attractions,…read moreincluding the Potato Museum and Yellowstone Bear World! We arrived without any expectations. The entrance fee was around $20 something per person, and we received two receipts: one for the staff at the bear habitat gates and one for our records. As we drove along the initial route, we spotted some harmless animals like bison and deer. Little did we know, a park ranger was observing us from a distance with binoculars! We were waved forward to the gate thought she caught me rolling down windows. Before entering, we were instructed not to open our windows under any circumstances, even if it seemed safe. Once inside the habitats, we saw a couple of bears, including one that walked right down the middle of the road! We followed him for quite a while, and it was thrilling to be so close to the bear. You can re-enter and drive through as many times as you want, but we felt that twice was more than enough for us. As for the gift shop, I didn't pay much attention since you have to walk through it to reach the restroom, which is located at the back near the petting zoo and the area where you can pay to bottle feed the cubs. The petting zoo didn't look particularly exciting, so we skipped that. Tips for Future Visitors: Clean Your Windshield: This will significantly improve your photos! Seasonal Closure: Keep in mind that they are already closed for the season. Best Time to Visit: We went in the afternoon, and most of the bears were sleeping. it was hot !I'm not sure what the best hours would be for seeing active bears. From the very beginning, Chef Andrew was super communicative and highly collaborative. He worked closely with me to design a perfect, custom menu that catered exactly to what we were looking for. That level of care really showed in the final result. The food was exceptional, especially the huckleberry cheesecake, which was legitimately the best I've ever had. The service throughout the night was seamless and professional, and they were even kind enough to leave the kitchen spotless before they headed out.
