It looks like people live here permanently and there is trash and garbage strewn throughout. This will be the last time we stay here. Move on down the road if you are in a travel trailer.

It's a ski resort with lots of activities, a nice pool, bars, and a breakfast place. The last 7 miles of the drive were a bit scary--I was the only one on the road--but once I reached the resort, I was so happy I made it. The balcony was handy for wet things and the room had a boot / glove dryer too. My son used the spa tub in the bathroom, while I did not -- I appreciated the very hot water. The Aerial Tram entrance is located just above the information center. After passing through the souvenir shop, turn right and you will find The Burger on your left and Sweetwater Gondola on your right. Your ticket for the Aerial Tram also grants you access to Bridger Gondola and Sweetwater Gondola. However, if you are on a tight schedule, I would highly recommend prioritizing the Aerial Tram. The other two gondolas can be skipped if time is limited. I know that the website is super hard to navigate, and I hope the following information are helpful. There are three gondolas at the resort: 1. Bridger Gondola - Takes you to the bike park and a small restaurant. 2. Sweetwater Gondola - Serves the mid-mountain terrain and takes you to Piste Mountain Bistro. 3. Aerial Tram - Brings you to the highest observation point with stunning views, access to hiking trails, and Corbet's Cabin (home of the famous waffles). With that being said, we were more than satisfied with our stay here. It is a most unique and inviting lodge. While the room not exceptionally large, it was roomy enough with plenty of space in bath and dressing area. Our window looked out over the rushing creek/river(?) behind the lodge. They have a large swing right at the river which was wonderful. They also had a large fire pit area to enjoy, and we did! A wonderful light breakfast is offered in the lovely common area. My family is vegan and the kitchen prepared creative dishes for us at every meal time. We liked the variety of trail rides customized to each family members riding ability, and enjoyed the private river float with truly exceptional guides. We do recommend a car to explore hikes or sights around the area and venture into Yellowstone. And yes, the weather can be somewhat unpredictable - we got rained, hailed and snowed on in July... - and mosquitoes are plentiful. Just remember you are in the natural habitat of all sorts of wildlife.
