Really clean, nice quiet location. Really enjoyed it! Hassle free and easy to access!

Everything I expected, completely valid for a stay in Jackson. Easy access to the pass, good spot

Warning! Do not stay here! This motel is a dump! The lobby door was open but nobody was there. Couldn't gain access to our room but no one answered the phone to help us. Saw a sign on one of the rooms that said it was being fumigated for RATS! Got a peek into a couple of rooms and realized what a dump this place really is. Thank goodness we booked with Expedia (who also failed to reach anyone) who booked us in a room in a nice hotel down the street (Cobblestone Hotel & Suites). I understand trying to save money, but this motel is just a bad memory waiting to happen! read more

I was texted before arriving to use a code to get into our room. When we arrived the door to the reception desk was unlocked but there was no employee anywhere. I went to the room and tried the code. It didn't work. I came back 1 hour later and tried again. Still no one there and locked out. I phoned the motel number, but no one answered. Fortunately, I called Expedia, who I booked the room with. They also tried to call the hotel twice and they also didn't get through. That motel had the audacity to still charge me for a room I had no access to. We explored the hotel looking for someone to help us. We found no one. We did find a sign stating rats were being treated. We took videos showing no employees and the key pad not working. I do not recommend this motel. Their cost was $308 per night! This was a $50 a night motel at best. We went back to try a different code they sent us and it also didn't work. Other guests were there and they tried to help us. One lady said our key pad wasn't working. We saw another guests room and one of their beds was broken. One leg was on the floor and made the bed lopsided. Were grateful we never ended up staying there. Thank you Expedia. I will fight all charges from this motel. Don't stay there if you can avoid it. I also plan on notifying the Idaho Attorney General on my experience. read more

The basics are there. We had a nice, clean room. Check-in is all done on-line and a door code is texted/emailed back. There is no on-site staff so you show up, open your room and unpack. The odd thing is that when staying two nights, you don't get fresh linens or clean towels after the first night ... so the first night you get fresh sheets and clean towels but not on the second night. You pay the same RATE for the second night, you just get a little bit less for the same money. We brought our dog with us, so we also paid a pet fee. Presumably the extra fee is because the extra effort to clean the room after we leave? But then - they didn't clean the room after the first night, so why was there a fee for it? It's just odd. There is a grassy area for pets but one of the down sides is that since the motel is effectively self-serve, there is no one to clean up after the rude guests that didn't clean up after their pets. If you are just staying the night and all you need is a room with a door that locks, you will have no complaints. It's just that for a bit more, you can get ALL the expected attention down the street at the Cobblestone. read more

We stayed in this motel for two nights while visiting the Tetons and it was great. It was cozy and clean. It has very spacious rooms and thick warm blankets! Highly recommend this cute motel for anyone read more

Booked this property through expedia, but when I arrived at 4:50 pm and called the number on the door, I was told they had canceled my reservation. They said, "Didn't you get the text or email I sent?" Apparantly they couldn't clean a room. I did not get a text, an email, or even a phone call. I had to cancel the reservation with expedia. I ended up having to drive another hour at dusk to find accomodations. Really dissappointed with this place. read more

My wife and I booked three nights - September 8-10, 2020. Upon our arrival at around 8:30 PM there was no staff support at all. The check-in office was dark and locked. Furthermore, once ready to go to bed, we discovered that that bedsheets were already used. They were dirty and with sprinkled with hair. The room door security chain was broken. The heater was non-functional. We called several times the posted manager's phone number; no one responded. We had to turn the bedsheets inside out and survive the freezing night without a heater. We checked out in a hurry first thing in the morning. This business badly needs a new management or has to close for good. Assigning one star only because this is the lowest rating available. read more

We were looking for a 1 night stay close to Jackson Hole airport! What a nice surprise! The room was clean and had more to offer than the State park cabins. TV, 2 queen beds, nice size bathroom and coffee maker, mini refridge and micorwave. Staff was there when we arrived and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Great spot for the price. Got a double queen room for $105 a night and was honestly expecting something very shady. This was a very pleasant surprise, reliable internet, comfortable beds. We arrived late, after their office was closed, but they had our key in a lockbox on the door with instructions on how to get it. Love this place. read more

We stayed three nights in June 2021 while visiting family in Victor. Rates were high everywhere in Teton Valley at that time, but rates at this hotel were most reasonable. The room had everything we needed and was roomy, comfortable and clean; easily accessible to parking, the center of Victor for restaurants, grassy pet area, and the road to Jackson. Excellent place to stay in Victor! The king sized bed was so comfortable and we were shocked to see a full kitchen (there's even a dishwasher!). Staff was so friendly. Super easy to drive to Driggs for restaurants and a grocery store and only 30ish mins from Jackson. Beautiful views of the mountains and a good price- this area is so expensive! read more

DO NOT USE THIS MOTEL! We traveled to this motel and stayed for multiple nights for a wedding. The room was very clean and nice. However, after we got home, we noticed an additional $600 charge on our statement. I called multiple times with no return call, then got an email stating that it was due to a large cleaning fee for smoking in the room. We ABSOLUTELY did NOT smoke in the room at all. We even made sure to smoke at the parking lot or at the picnic table on the side of the building. (which they have cameras everywhere so they can check) There was no reason to smoke in the room. We even cleaned up the entire room before leaving, separating trash and recycling and making the beds. We even left a tip even though there was no room cleaning throughout the stay due to COVID protocols. I left multiple more calls and emails with no response. If you check the reviews this isn't the first time they did this. read more

Bad Choice! Dirty quilt on bed and dirty bathroom woodwork. The noisy heating/cooling fan could not be made continuous and came on and off all night. No water pressure in sink. No office staff when we arrived after 5 or before we left in am, No phone # to call regarding problems. Hot tub is a joke -- Tepid, outdoors on main walkway, looking into front windows of units. No Frig, microwave, breakfast. Bathroom door did not shut. read more
