Rustic Inn Creekside Resort was a great getaway for my husband and I's first anniversary. Overall, the layout of the property, the lovely cabins, the views and nature and the hospitality were great. Checking in was easy, we were dropped off by our ride share right in front of the lobby doors. We were greeted right away and were given a full rundown, with maps, which I really appreciate. We walked to our cabin and although I didn't request a "creekside" cabin, the one they gave us still had views of the nature walk and creek. This was quite amazing when we woke up early one day for a tour (which we also booked through the hotel) and there was a family of otters in the water. Swoon!!! The room was lovely, decorated in a rustic, Western way. It was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was super comfortable. We like the size of the bathroom and the nice flow of hot water. I will agree that there was a little wear and tear with some wallpaper but I see that all the time, even at "fancier" places than this one. We had an issue with our toilet but it was fixed within an hour. I will say the biggest complaint I would have is the three windows on the wall across from the bed. I thought it wouldn't be a problem for us since we were visiting in the off season but wow does the sun beam down on you through those three little windows. We didn't eat here except for the free breakfasts because, again, off season. I loved the little buffet they had! There were rotating specialty items and an omelet station on weekdays. The food was good for a free breakfast buffet. The people working were also so kind and friendly. We utilized the hot tub and the sauna two of our three nights. We thought it was lovely and had a great time. I will definitely stay here again when back in Jackson.

The PERFECT place to stay while visiting Jackson, WY! A quick 10 minute walk into town, but yet you feel like you are miles away. Beautiful grounds, Cozy rustic room (ours was right on the creek)... literally woke up to a view of deer across the way! And Tubing in the creek was so fun for the kids ! The shuttle service is a nice plus ... Mario, Trent, and Kyle were all so friendly and provided the best service getting us all around! Highly recommend and hopefully will have the option to visit and stay here again!!

Beautiful, clean, and feels like you're "camping" in a beautiful, amenity filled resort. The view from the property overlooks a hillside and sits across from the Elk Refuge. The staff is incredibly hospitable, helpful, and effective. Shout out to Ivy & Cole, who both made our stay wonderful. Sabino from breakfast made delicious food. Housekeeping was perfect and came early each day. The pool, sauna, hot tub were all great. The laundry room for guests was nice & convenient. Breakfast was high quality, diverse, and all you can eat. Great bacon! Fluffy eggs, pancakes, and tasty potatoes. We stayed in a private king cabin suite, very spacious with high ceilings and comfortable. Loved the curtain separating the bathroom, shower was nice too. Within a short walk to downtown, we walked everyday during our trip. Free shuttle to downtown offered as well. 10/10 recommend

Not a 4-star experience. The location is great, and the free shuttle into town is a nice perk--but that's where the positives end. On our first night, the thermostat didn't work, and the room was unbearably hot. The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were flat, and the cabin was not soundproof--we heard traffic and maintenance staff clearly. The three small windows had no blinds, so sunlight blasted in at 6:15 a.m. The wall paper was coming off the wall. Breakfast was a low-grade buffet, so we ended up eating off-site each morning. The pool was closed midday on our second day due to a child's "accident."Additionally, pavers on the pool deck near the deep end are loose, which creates a safety hazard. When I brought my concerns to Jacob at the front desk (who claimed to be the manager), I asked to cancel the remaining nights. He said he couldn't offer a refund, comp, or upgrade. When I said that was unacceptable, he replied: "It happens." I mentioned I'd be disputing the charge with my credit card, and he warned: "If you do that, we definitely won't help you." Maintenance did eventually board up the 3 tiny windows, and Jacob said his manager would call me--but no one ever did. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay at an actual 4- or 5-star hotel. This place is not it.

We stayed here for 4 nights to spend quality time at Grand Teton National Park. Our room was clean, quiet and just a few steps away from the lodge. Bathroom had a fancy shower with choice of water from the ceiling or from traditional spout. Bottled water was provided in the room daily. We ate there at the breakfast buffet each morning which was pretty good. We were really too tired from our explorations by day to take advantage of the many included amenities. There was a heated pool and hot tub near our room that looked nice as well as a nature trail along the creek with firepits and smores every night. We liked the convenience of having a bar and restaurant in the lodge and ate there a couple of times. It was pretty pricey and the food was OK, not great. Still it was cozy in the lounge area and nice on the patio the one night it was warm enough to eat out there. The waitresses were great. We liked the location just at the entrance to town, across from the National Elk Refuge. Plenty of on site parking and a shuttle service running guests to and from the downtown area.

Stayed here on our recent visit to Jacksonhole, WY (January 2022) The proximity to town is great. Given it's winter and I'm from a tropical place, walking the 15 minutes in 20 degree Fahrenheit weather and snow wasn't ideal though, luckily there is a free shuttle to town that was a breeze to order pick up and drop offs. The drivers were all very friendly! The shuttle will also take you to Snow King Mountain. If you're trying to go to Jacksonhole Mountain then there is a bus that picks up and drops off at the inn but recommended to be booked the day prior. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a large spread came in handy for carb loading prior to skiing days. Think: bagels, toast, cereals, pancakes/waffles/French toast (depended on the day), eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffees/teas, and juice. Never ate at the on-site restaurant or got a drink at the bar but the set-up looked cozy. There were just too many great places in town on our list to try! The property grounds are on the creek and near a mountain... it was a gorgeous winter wonderland with cute cabins. Our room was cleaned daily and the mattress was comfortable (we got a standard king room)... for a splurge they have rooms with private hot tubs and a butler that are more private and face the mountains/creek. Only downside is that room service isn't available and the restaurant is open only 4pm-10pm. There is a gazebo with gym as well as a pool, hot tub, and sauna also on the property. At the time of our stay we were told airport shuttles are not a thing but getting an Uber/Lyft was easy. Overall recommend the location and property. Plus staff were all customer service oriented. Glad we stayed here!

There's an indoor pool/hot tub, but we didn't end up taking advantage of those. We were lucky to have a parking spot right outside the cabin door for our whole visit, which was convenient. They don't assign parking spots, but there were quite a few open when we were there. The cabin was cozy and clean. I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people, although it can technically sleep up to four with a couch that converts to a bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great, with plenty of hot water for us. The location is excellent; you're only a ten minute walk or so from downtown, so we didn't have to drive very much while in the area. Be sure to check out the Momo Shack for bison momos (dumplings)! Coming from Hawaii, it is cold for us at its summer nights when the temperature gets into the 50's. But heater is available in the room. The surround forest is beautiful and tranquil. On our daily short walks to the dining room, we were awarded with the fragrant fresh pine tree forest smell, the beautiful view of the Grand Teton Mountain range, and a well designed delicious 5-course meal. The booking includes free breakfast and free dinner. It also includes horse riding around the Jenny lake, free use of the well maintained beach cruisers. The cabin we are in has a wall that is shared by a neighbor. But there are more expensive individuel cabins that are not shared. The location is ideal as it is a short bike ride to the Jenny Lake Visiter Center, it also offers the best wide and well maintained bike route, separate from cars. It is also close the famous hike to Inspiration Point and many more trails. In the end, this was the highlight of our trip. Very expensive, but it you can afford it, go for it!
