Amazing ambiance and chill cool vibe, with great drink options that include N/A yummy drinks and adaptogen fueled cocktails, along with some low alcohol and regular alcohol options. LOVED the presentation and taste of the drinks, the service was a bit underwhelming and slow. Seemed to be a lot of staff working, but were very slow to come to our table, and didn't seem very organized. We may have ordered more if we had been checked on more. Amazing place just know service could be slow (it seemed like other tables were getting checked on more than us so may have been a fluke?)

Eclectically pretty and cozy spot, perfect for a drink and conversation. The drinks are so tasty and carefully put together. It wasn't busy when we arrived and the service was really good throughout our visit. The parking is tricky if you choose the convenient lot in front as this lot is pricey.

Very highly recommend! Darci, the owner, showed us the most amazing hospitality while we were here visiting. She spent time introducing and explaining every drink she has to offer, and you can just tell that she has put so much passion and pride into each drink she has created. I could not recommend this place enough!!

The hubs and I came here for cocktails with friends this weekend. We came early (before 5) and the place was pretty packed. Luckily they had a four top open up quickly so we didn't wait long at all. I appreciate the menu offers both alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails. It really shows off the skills of the bartenders and vision of the team. The figgy gin cocktail was a table favorite as well as the old fashioned and aviation. For my second, I ordered their off the menu NA special which was pineapple, lime, I think clove. I don't know everything but it was tart, very lightly sweet, herbaceous and absolutely delish. It was my favorite of all the cocktails actually. I did add glitter to my figgy cocktail because why not but it's a one and done for me. The overall vibe is awesome too and I love the crystals and laid back feel. I see this as a regular go to spot.

Stopped in for some drinks with the girls! This place is super cute & the perfect place to grab a drink after work. Our waitress was very kind & took the time to chat about drink options with us.

Drinks- 10/10 Food- don't know but it smells amazing Decor- 10/10 Service- 10/10 All of this is great. But I think the biggest thing that will keep me coming back to Honey Elixir time and time again is how thoughtful EVERYTHING is. All of the drinks are delicious, and I love that they have alcoholic, low alcohol, and no alcohol options. Almost all the ingredients (including the liquor) is made in house by their "alchemist". The gold and glitter touches on the decor is both classy and whimsical and of course pays homage to bees and honey. The menu is seasonal and the bar tender was experimenting for some new spring drinks they will introduce-- it was cool to see how intentional they were about their process for creating the new drinks. The spot is tucked away in an alley behind Denver Central Market, so you'd think it's easy to overlook, but it got pretty busy by 6ish (still not overwhelming or anything though). Definitely don't sleep on this little gem!

I've heard buzz around this place for months and finally found myself getting to see what it's all about. Located through the alleyway behind Denver Central Market this spot is tucked into a cozy space with a few main seating areas and a fairly small bar. Honey Elixir Bar is for their 'elixirs' suitable for any style of drinkers (no alcohol, low ABV, and cocktails) made with organic botanicals and honey in place of sugar. I asked for some guidance and our server helped us pick out drinks. I tried the Guatemalan-style cacao in a 3oz serving. Cacao is known to uplift energy and increase circulation and I did feel uplifted which was the perfect little boost without having a coffee! I can't wait to come back with a group of friends to share this spot. It has a unique and comforting energy & vibe with a menu to match! If you're on the fence get off of it and come check this spot out.

This is a super cute place hiding in a downtown alleyway. The decor is adorable and the menu full of fun drinks. There were multiple non alcoholic cocktails but only one or so with pregnancy safe ingredients. I like that they also had low alcohol kombucha as an offering. Pricey but a cute place for a date night.

This place is pretty good, it's so cute as you can see from the photo. I will say, though, that it does get busy so get there early and the music is dance club loud. The drinks are delicious and I love that the coasters have fun conversation prompts. I got the Honey Bear but was torn between that and King Triton. My friend got the Viva La Baja. The artwork in the space is very nice, you can definitely tell time was spent sorting out every detail of this alleyway cocktail spot!

Such a gem tucked away in an alley in RiNo behind the food hall!! So happy we stopped by for happy hour. It feels like you're in a hipster speakeasy with the dim lights, and funky artwork but the aromas and velvet couches add more flare! We were in before 5 on a Thursday and the space started to fill up! Service was friendly and fast. $10 happy hour cocktails sweetened with Colorado honey - love! Check them out! You'll be so happy you did! We cant wait to come back!

I am in love with this place! They have something for every palate and lots of non-alcoholic options as well! And they're not just boring 2 ingredient non-alcoholic "cocktails"! They're complex & flavorful concoctions that have you guessing if you're drinking alcohol or not. The staff is super passionate & friendly, and I love that this place is women owned & operated! Plus, this place has serious vibes. Vibrant colors, open air, in the heart of Rino. What a treat!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

I had the eggs Benedict with duck, which was savory and tender- would get again, even if it was a little small for a $22 meal. I also got a mimosa and a raspberry beret- the beret was delicious and served with the coolest presentation- they used dry ice to create smoke! The decor is very maximalist mid century- love it! Great for a date or if you are impressing someone. Don't let the location scare you off- everything around it looks closed but once you get inside it's absolutely beautiful. I can't end this review without gushing about the staff. I had a weird fainting episode and scared the crap out of my friend- our server and the rest of the staff were on it, so sweet and helpful. We also ordered appetizers of the burrata and the sweet potato croquette. Burrata is always fantastic! The croquettes were good. They were doing Star Wars themed drinks for May the 4th so Star Wars was playing in a screen (that you could barely see due to the sun). They both got the red velvet espresso martini topped with whipped coffee. It was cute but very sugary. Service was fantastic! The staff was so nice!!
