After he checked me in, he asked me if I would like something to drink while I waited, and he brought me a can of Diet Coke. How nice. Yes, there are a lot of "upsells" here, but they are not pushy about it. They explained that they do not get a commission on any extras that they sell. And anything that they offer you, if you say no? That's it, no pushback. I understand, it's their job.... It turns out that my vehicle has an oil pan leak, so I'm going to have to have it taken to be double checked. I asked them if they would take a picture Of the pan and the gasket with my phone, so I could show it to my brother who does work on his own Cars. They took the picture without asking. The price for a standard oil change is approximately $65, but you can always find a coupons online just by googling the phrase "oilstop coupons.". I did it before I came in, and found a coupon for 50% off a standard oil change. Not bad at all. They treated me right, and I was in and out relatively quickly. What was almost impossible to do on the website he accomplished in under ten minutes. Including my packing supplies needed in a separate transaction. Was able to reserve the equipment needed on the day and time I wanted. All in all, a relatively painless and easy process that took no time at all. With multiple personnel around it was a simple task to get done and I was on my way. He even helped me load the supplies into my rig at the end.
