He didn't know what he was doing except for racking up time to charge me. He diagnosed the problem, told me he had the part and then spent an hour and a half trying to make it fit. He didn't screws, electrical connections, or spacers. L asked where he thought an oil leak was coming from and he proceeded to take the mower apart. I stopped him as he was again racking up time with no parts to fix anything. He was set to come on Friday, had truck issues and show up at 9:15 PM. It's dark, I don't know him, no way. He came at 9:00 Saturday morning. The mower is running with nothing done after the first 20 minutes. I have to go and buy the part and install it. $400.00 was his fee.
