The Ranchero Sauce is a milder sauce, but I like the flavor, and I just bring some of my own Ghost Pepper Powder to sprinkle on, and perk it up to standards! I love that I can eat Mexican rice and beans again and not worry about lard, or chicken broth, but with the SAME EXCELLENT flavor. Chuy's has become the only burrito I actually crave. Eva was training Alicia, and they were both so great! Eva struck the perfect balance of being fun and patient. She was constantly encouraging Alicia, pointing out what a great job she was doing, and creating such a positive atmosphere. Exactly the kind of person you want training new employees. I always get overwhelmed at chain restaurants. The menus are huge, and everything starts sounding the same. Eva recommended her favorite way to customize one of the salads, and it ended up being exactly what I wanted. The two of them had us laughing all evening.
