The first time, they came out and inspected our roof for us on our first home purchase, the same day we called. This was awesome, because we were in an option period, and needed to know whether or not we should move forward on our purchase. And it was right in the middle of the busy storm season. After inspecting the roof, they let us know the roof did need to be replaced, even knowing that they may not get the job, since we were asking the sellers to fix it. The sellers chose to go with another company, unfortunately. The second time we called them, it was to inspect our roof again, this time before we sold the home we had had them inspect before purchasing, the home inspector (for the seller) was concerned about the roof on our back porch. The owner of the company came out himself and looked at it, told us that the roof was fine, that what they were seeing was normal, and did not need to be replaced. He even wrote us a letter saying so to include with our paperwork- again at no charge! And the third time, I called because I felt like our roof (on our new home) looked a little wonky. They had someone at my home within a few hours. He climbed up and took a look at everything, and let me know the roof was fine, what I was seeing was from the settling of the house but that the roof looked good. There were small ping marks on the fence and the vents, but they weren't anything to worry about, and that the roof wasn't compromised in any way. He also took a look at our gutters and let us know that they were attached incorrectly, the lip had been installed above the roof line instead of under, which is why water was pouring off our roof all around anyways. He said it wasn't harming the roof, but that when the roof did need to be replaced, those could be fixed too. I was really thankful that a company would so willingly send someone out and be honest with me about the condition of my roof, even having no experience. They could have easily sold us a roof any of these times, but were honest about it, which I really appreciate! They'll be the ones I call when the next big storm hits! With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me. Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week. I HIGHLY and IMMENSELY RECOMMEND Mike and his entire team at Zeus Exteriors!!! We ran into some permit issues. With the project half done, our project manager wouldn't answer his phone for weeks, his voicemail was full, wouldn't answer texts. We were in the dark. I think they finally pushed it through just to get our money, but did a terrible job finishing up. Mismatched rock, large concrete stains on our driveway, shoddy workmanship (unfinished, warped wood planks that will leave you with a hand full of splinters if you touch it, mismatched stain) on the air conditioning fence, sand all over the patio, no sealant. But they wanted their money, now, now, NOW. This after no answered for phone calls for weeks. Terrible experience. I wouldn't refer a neighbor I couldn't stand to this company. So unprofessional. This had nothing to do with covid. This was just bad business practices and zero integrity.

Masten's tech Matt came to my home and decerned an issue with my Daikin mini split. Matt phoned me to confirm he "ordered the part the same day". He explained that it could take up to 7-14 days; however they have been good in receiving parts commonly within 5-6 days. On August 15th I contacted "Shannon" inquiring about the part. Her response was and I quote "no the part has not arrived, and stated it was not ordered till the 15th". I explained that Matt called me on the 12th that he had placed the order the 12th. Contradicting what Matt had previous advised me. I requested the tracking number to see if the part was out for delivery. She stated "I'll have to ask Matt, he got in late", but she would ask, she never returned my call. On the 20th she called stating there was NO tracking number. Everything in this day age in delivery service has a tracking number. Her response was "since Covid everything is running behind" That is why you always receive a tracking number to follow the ETA and whether it was out for delivery. Particularly in this day and age. Because she could not conclude where my "ordered" part was" She continued to insist she did not know where the part was and told me she would pray for me". On the 21st mind you, Shannon called me advising " they called Goodman's on University, in Denton and my part was going to be there on Thursday or Friday for sure. However depending on what time it is received would determine if they would come out that day, if by chance it was not received they would be out Monday" It was not received . On Monday August 26th Shannon called to advise me the part was not in, and because it was "taking so long". Matt drove to Goodmans to pick up the part and would be coming straight to my house" Upon arriving Matt and a secondary tech Ryan arrived. Matt offered no apologies for the excessive delay or the convoluted information by Shannon. Matt and Ryan arrived replaced the part however Matt on completion of the installation, decided to exit through the back yard through the fence and left. Ryan came in solo to collect my check. I asked why it took so long, why did you have to pick up the part? He simply replied" I dont know." I could have picked up the part myself if they spoke up that they apparently are running low on staff . I paid as a lawful citizen. I asked them to hold the check for 2 weeks bc I was facing back issues and felt that at the least they would offer a discounted rate due to the clear fact the part was never ordered! Dishonesty such as this is substandard way to retain local business. We have been loyal customers, supporting neighborhood business for more than 17 years and unfortunately, the greed from Shannon to be so dishonest we will no longer use them. It says a lot about a persons character when you sneak out the back door. It took them 2 weeks while I sweltered in a 95 degree room in pain. I had a lower lumbar spacer implant im getting my staples out tomorrow . I have chronic Spinal Stenoses I made Shannon clearly aware of this. However Shannon continues to call and attempt to get me in to pay because my postdated checks never got there. I live across the hwy in Corinth. She threatened me that if I dont pay the amount she is going to "send someone to take the part back" lol sorry but that would be trespassing and or breaking and entering" both are clearly asinine and unlawful to do. Why would an employee threaten such with such an absurd statement? Shannon continued to talk over me and tell me she was going to pray for me. Well Shannon do you now understand that common courtesy and threating people over money is greed.

They came out with water hoses with men in my attic to finally find these tiny water leaks, once they zeroed in on my issues they replaced the roofing where the leaks were and yesterday came out and replace some sheet rock and painting the ceilings where the water damage my interior.
