They damaged my sprinkler system, they sent an "independent " sprinkler company. The gentleman they sent said to water 5 min twice a day! When watering normally the water would flood the street, that never happened before. The front yard sod is mainly ok but there are areas that are not doing well. The big problem is in my backyard due to the fact that their tiller quit working in the back, so they resorted to shoveling sod which was clay, and did not add any dirt most of my backyard will have to be redone. I've been trying to get this resolved, but have been blocked from one number and completely ignored on the other number I had. I had another company look at the work and they said they didn't put enough djet down. I hope I don't need to have everything redone. I paid $5600 for this! I will be pursuing legal action. This grass was installed in lat April 2026.
