Not always the easiest as it does take a bit of effort as the garage is separate from my unit so with this cost effective system that selected Texaco has keeping my ride nice is even easier. This location is in Kapolei and though the standard was is a bit pricier than some of the town location though the ultimate option is cheaper it does have its benefits here along with $2 discount on 8 gallons or more fill up this fill and shine spot is easy and fast as there's no line as each individual wash does take some time versus the drive thru the time saved makes it so worth it all. My husband is in Hawaii for work right now. He was looking for a place to get something to eat before an early shift started. Nothing was open at that time, so he ended up going to this gas station. He was able to find something that looked decent to eat, and also a few other things to take with him. The gas station is bright and spacious, and had a lot of the items you would typically find and everything you would need. It worked for finding something to eat very early in the morning. This Texaco location is conveniently placed near Walmart, across the street from Jack in the Box and Agrigento the hwy from CVS Longs. I typically stop at this gas station because they are quick. There has been a line on 2 occasions which were both on the weekend or late afternoon. Otherwise it's a quick trip indoors to pay (they don't use the window during normal working hours it seems). Inside you will find a variety of chilled drinks, they have ice, some alcoholic beverages, snacks and miscellaneous items you might expect to find at a gas station market. They offer hot musibi and hot dogs, as well as fountain drinks. I like that I can always pull up to a pump and there is never a line of cars waiting for a space. Whenever I use $40 to fill up, the offer me a free hot dog or a musubi, so keep that in mind. I'm not sure what the minimum is but with $45 I have always received one of the aforementioned as a free snack. The service is as to be expected, I have never needed anything special.... so far so good. read more

Cannot depend on this place , it blocks entry at times during the business days....cones and chains across the entrance, or if the cones do provide a path to the gas pumps / when you get there the pumps are shut off. Pretty inconvenient when you're on your way home from work or whatever. Crazy unreliable. Great Car wash if you don't have time to do it yourself! You can pay inside or at the machine.. whatever works best for you. Directions are mounted outside and very simple and easy to follow. Perks of using this wash though is the fact that if you save 5 car wash receipts you can get the 6th one for free! Who doesn't love free ? I don't get gas here, but I do use their car wash (usually after eating brunch at My Cafe). This was formerly a Chevron station. The aunties who work there are always very friendly. I don't know if it's a change that came with the name change or I just never realized it before, but now if you save your car wash receipts, after 5 washes you get a freebie. Free is my favorite price! They would get 5 stars from me except that the last couple of washes I've had here the back of my car hasn't gotten clean at all. You can see the brush strokes where the washer thingies swiped through the dust, which kind of makes it look worse. read more

First time using this car wash. My car was FILTHY. I was impressed that it was only $11. Other car washes I've been to that's similar charge $18 (probably for the special wax). The wait time is a little more than 5 mins per car or so. Anywho, go inside to pay if you have credit/debit. The worker inside will hand you your receipt with a code to input. If you have exact cash, roll up and feed it into the machine. Simple enough, follow the instructions and you're good to go. Only four stars because it didn't dry the trunk part of my car very well. Formerly a Chevron station located next to the Halekuai Shopping Center in Kapolei, it is now a Texaco station. Although the name has changed, much has remained the same. I've frequented the gas station convenience store frequently over the yeara to pick up soda as they have the best deal in Kapolei. Now that I've switched to coffee and do not work as close to this place as before, I haven't frequented the place as much. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they still serve Seattle's Best Coffee and have pleasant people working at the register. I still have the coffee rewards cards from Chevron (buy 5 and get a regular? size free) and they told me they would transfer my old stamp card to a new one! I have 3 more completed and I was told that now if you purchase 5 cups of coffee, you can get any size free! Whoo hooo! I always get the largest cup of coffee (which is why I never redeemed the other cards) so this is fantastic news for me! I also had to get the bottom of my car washed after all of this rain...so I paid for my car wash at the register. I was then told to save my stamped receipts because I could turn in five for a free car wash! I usually wash my van by myself...but this is a good incentive to go to the car wash! The interior is clean and it's easy to locate items. Formerly the old Chevron gas station, I have been coming to this convenience store for years because they have a lot of products, nice cashiers, a restroom, ATM, and a good car wash for the price of $7-11. They used to pass out those stamp cards with buy 5 car washes and get one FREE deal, but lately I've been told to keep all the receipts to redeem the free car wash. On weekdays the car wash is pretty much open, on the weekends the line can get pretty long with an average wait of 15-20 minutes. You can purchase gas and a wash at the pump, the 5 digit code is on the receipt. You can also pre pay at the cashiers or pay exact cash directly from the car wash box right at the wash entrance. I always choose "the works" wash, wax, polish, rinse, under carriage wash etc... On some occasions I may get the "express" wash when my car isn't that dirty. Definitely will come to this gas station for techron gas and washes for a long time. They got 5 stars! read more

This review is for the car wash alone. Not one drop of soap came out of this automatic car wash. When the screen said "foam bath," only clear liquid came out with no suds whatsoever. The only place in Kapolei with a 24/7 car wash for $9-11! That's why they get five stars! extremely rude worker at the cashier at about 9:30 pm on a Friday night! I went to fill gas at this place as it was on my route to go home. I meant to pay at the pump and noticed there was absolutely no slack on the pump hose so it couldn't reach my gas tank which was on the other side. I have never had this happen before so it caught me by surprise. So I decided to just cancel and on the pump screen it said something to the effect of "transaction cancelled see cashier", I truly don't recall the exact wording but I decided to walk in to and see the cashier as directed. I get to the cashier and I tell her that I was following what it said on the pump which was to see the cashier and the lady looks at me and laughs as if I was doing something wrong?!?! She then goes to make a comment about how "if you cancel, then I don't know what you doing in here" wow! read more

Car wash is $6 for basic, $8 for wash and dry, $10 for super deluxe wash. You have to pay inside or at the pump or pay w coins only at the car wash entry. The line is slow so you can park in line, run inside to pay if the inside is not busy. Pay for 5 get 6th wash free is you save receipts. It's 24hrs so that's a plus when insomnia strikes. Store has lots of midnight craving snacks. The vacuum stand only has one spot for parking even though there are 2 vacuum hoses, not so great. The other side of the vacuum spot is open for 2 hr parking. Correction, both signs posted at car wash say you can use coin or code. But actually it only accepts bills or code. I always have to stand in line and the car wash is not very efficient (fans don't always work and no foam wash) but it's the most economical and it's only one of two car wash places in kapolei. I went to use one of their vacuums and it didn't work I went inside to ask them what was wrong with it and they told me to call the number on the side of the machine to get a refund And then ran away. The customer service was not too great they were also having problems with pump seven not working overall seems like the whole gas station is going to crap I would not recommend using this place. read more

Was it awesome, well the customers of course! I always loved working there just because when you get used to it, and know what times the car wash is busy, or know what times gas is busy. Really comes in handy for personal use Anyways! Quick tip for everybody, the cashiers and managers does not control what we can and cannot do. We've told our district manager many times that we need a sign that says the machine at the car wash is cash only, many times we've posted typed signs saying that you have to come in to get a code or pay exact cash in the back, next thing we know district manager says we can't post those kinds of signs. We've tried so many different types of signs to make the car wash life a little easier, but the only person who everybody should call or complain to, is the company itself. IES, Island Energy Services. Awesome company, by the way. But also NEW! Which is always good. Anytime I had a customer come in that was frustrated about coming into the store after waiting 45 minutes in the line for the car wash either left satisfied or had a smile on their face. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING FRIDAY-SUNDAY just because that's when everybody washes their car, but maybe beginning of the week, Monday-Thursday are good days, some days around lunch it's really really busy, but that's why they made google. I would love to use Chevron gas all the time, but on the real I can't afford the extra Techron prices, but I don't mind using this Chevron. The staff is friendly, the bathroom is available if need be, and they got lots of cold drinks. I've always gased up here, but I didn't want to review until now for a funny/bummer story. On my way to an event I needed gas, ice, and drinks as fast as possible. I didn't want to shop at the grocery store, and I needed gas, so I said "Hey Chevron, let's do it!". So I got ice and sodas for my cooler and paid for some gas. Fast. Then I thought I should go run through the car wash so I can have a nice ride at the event as I would be parking in the middle of the event with people walking around my dirty ride. I bought a car wash and drove to the back. Five cars ahead of me, my bad, so much for fast. There's a Mercedes Benz in front of me, if that nice car is there washing up my ride is just as good, WORD! So finally it's my turn. I pull up, the machine does its thing, I pull out to dry slowly. I drive off to my event and as soon as I park the car and get out MY TRUNK IS STILL DIRTY! The car wash is convenient but the car cleaning chemicals hardly come out at all and the air blowers are not blowing away the water so my car ends up with a bunch or water spots.. but don't go in and say something to the attendees they get attitude like it's my fault that there car washing machine is not working properly.. I was in line for the first time here for a car wash today. I usually go to the flagshiplube in Waipio but i figured they were closed since its a holiday. I waited an hour in line WITH EXACT CASH. I know you can pay at the pump or in the mini mart. But I wanted to pay at the machine at the car wash. I was confused. Tried to press the button for "The Works" tried giving my cash and it kept spitting my money out. Pushed the button to speak to the attend. I knew about all the things she was saying like where to pay and if I had a code. I said no I don't have a code because I didn't pay inside or at the pump, can I pay here? She kept telling me the same thing and would not answer my question. I got so frustrated and asked her if I could pass through. I have several problems with the Filipino women that work there. I don't like it when they speak Filipino around me! They say hello to people but not to me. The BIG Problem happens when you go to buy an ICEE?! You see there are three sizes of Texaco cups S M L. Well they have 0 ICEE cups on the machine and have replaced them with Texaco cups. So now a S Texaco cup = M ICEE and a M Texaco = L ICEE. You can have a L soda in L Texaco cup but no ICEE in L Texaco cup! When I asked why or where are the Real ICEE cups she said this is how they do it now! Why don't they have all three sizes of real ICEE CUPS with three different prices!! Does that make any sense? The two guys that work there CJ and Pakkun they are cool! I invite you to buy an ICEE and get majorly confused by?? I don't know her name but many times I have had problems with her. She also did not put my change in my hand but puts it on the counter. I hate that! The pay when you pull up is broken so I had to turn my car off and leave it in line to go pay inside. I have never in my life waited in line for a car wash this long in my life. This place keeps pretty busy. The gas isn't the cheapest, but they do have a car wash and it's conveniently located. However it does kind of share space with the shopping center, so getting in and out is a hassle. There's only one way in and one way out, unless you wanna drive all the way around to burger king, but then you have to sit through parking traffic anyway. Usually takes about 5-10 mins to get a pump unless you get there when everyone's mostly at work. read more
