This Town Center of Mililani Hele location is one that many seem to frequent as I was running low on gas in thought that I'd stop by to fill up slightly while getting a much needed car wash only to be disappointed that it was closed as it wasn't even 4pm and you're able to purchase your car wash along with your gas at the pump which can be more priced friendly if you're pay by cash is a great option. Along with a convenient store where you're able to take advantage of that price friendly option you can find many snacks and other grab and go items easily as well which makes this pit stop to fill up on just about anything that moves. I like to compare prices at the pump. Kamaʻāina card comes in handy in many ways. Free and quick to sign up. Remember to bring it with you. Earn and redeem points or dollars off gas, snacks and save money. If you pay cash, save more money at the pump. Or choose to pay a little more in cents using credit or debit card. One day I was surprised to see this message at the pump after inserting Kamaʻāina card - would you like to redeem $2? I'm thinking, "Heck yeah! More savings and pay less for gas." Total ripoff and rude. Knowingly allows you to waste your money on inoperable vacuum and then tells you they don't own it. Asked for change for vacuum. Vacuum didn't work. Went to complain and was told that it was not their problem before I could finish the sentence. Asked if they were putting up an out of order sign and clearly said not their problem. read more

SPACEY NOM NOM GAS AND PUMP #11---Do people stick with the same gas stations or is it something more like hitting up the closest ones when its needed? For me I guess its a mix between both, but what sets apart the gas stations that you "prefer" from the ones you rather not go to unless you have to? I had to think about this one long and hard and the thing that leaks out from this gas station is its spaciousness. Wut the heck is spacious gas? Some gas stations have only 2 or 4 pumps and its very small and tight to maneuver in and out. But here is very "spacious." Theres 12 pumps and cars can drive in between as needed. You aint gotta feel worried when theres a car behind you like those other places and they are giving you that look to hurry up and pump (it aint like squeezing the pump anymore harder will make it go any faster you know). This is why I like Pump #11. Its up ahead and nobodys gonna hump your car from behind if you position it correctly. Its like the unsaid rule in the mens restroom, you know, where if you are using the far end urinal, but there always seem to be that one person that wants to use the urinal right next to you, when theres open ones further away...The pump is one of those where if you squeeze it hard it starts to click and you have to let it go and apply the right amount of pressure again to get it going again. (I think peeps avoid this pump except for me) Then it slows to a crawl and you stand there awkwardly and notice other people looking back at you doing the same exact awkward thing. Anyways, this gas station also features Nom Nom, which I am still unsure what its about. I think they specialize in the food and drinks available inside. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but I do see tornado fritters, corn dogs, musubis, and passion orange guava slushies. Maybe they should call this place Nom Nom Space Gas instead. read more

After reading Jack H's review on the "spacious gas" and pump 11, we had to try this place. It did not disappoint -- in addition to the perfectly spaced apart gas pumps, the vacuum station worked well and had whirlpool-like suckage that lapped up all the sand from our rental car within 5 minutes. read more

I visit this gas station quite often. It's really convenient for gas, coffee, car washes, snacks/beverages and discounted movie passes. As long as you sign up for the Kama'aina card, you can earn rewards toward a free coffee and discounted gas. The actual gas pumps are very spacious and have more pumps available than your average station. Toward the road side next to the pumps there's an air/water pump, I believe it only accepts quarters but I can't remember how much it costs. Next to the Hele store there are a couple of parking stalls where you can also vacuum your car. I've never used their vacuum but it's nice to know there's one available there if I ever needed it. I've gone through the car wash a couple times. I like that there's actual people washing up car right before you enter the robot washer. I just really appreciate having a gas station/mini mart nearby. Makes life a little easier to not have to make your own coffee, or wash your own car. I'm sure we all have better things to do... On a little side note: it seems like them employees hate their job and people. Makes it a little awkward to do transactions with them sometimes. read more

If I'm not in the mood to fight Costco gas lines or even drive there, I'll always stop at this location since it's near the gym, Walmart, and the movies. It also has a car wash, which a bit unique in the sense that people hand wash in the beginning and also hand dry at the end. The line is usually long, so try to go in the morning on week days. But it's a bit pricier than Aloha car wash..$10 for the cheapest wash to most expensive $19 bubblicious wash, plus tip (optional). However my vehicle is thoroughly washed & dried compared to Aloha's. There's 12 gas pumps but if you come at the wrong time, you'll have to wait for some time, but not as long as Costco's line. Cashiers inside aren't the friendliest compared to the Mauka location. I didn't know I had points to use and whenever I go inside they don't let me know how much points I have or let me know I can use some.. I use the vacuum sometimes but the suction isn't the greatest but it gets most of the dirt out. Sometimes I'll put air in my tires. There is only one stall and sometimes it's taken..it's located near the main road, and the vacuum is closer to the store. read more

So coming here for a quick snack to take out on the boat but with such awful service from the people working there. One lady was standing in the same spot when I walked in. Just stood there and stared. Still there when I checked out. The cashier wasn't very friendly but she seemed rushed like she had just been straight busy the past hour with no break. I come here to buy snacks on my way home. On each visit here, the store is clean; food is organized nicely (especially in the warmer); and the employees are super nice. At today's visit, Clayton (who was the only employee present at that time) was kind, thoughtful, helpful, patient and understanding. Clayton was kind to allow me to place my cold drinks on the counter while I quickly grabbed food from the warmer. He was also considerate to ask me if I wanted to buy a bag to store my cold drinks and food. He was so efficient that he rang up my cold drinks as I grabbed food from the warmer and started ringing up the warm food as I grabbed them from the warmer and brought them to the counter. Clayton was also very patient and understanding while I was paying for my food. He had everything all nicely bagged and ready for me as soon as I paid. I visit this place every two to three times a week because I reside close by. Tuesday morning, October 1st I went there to purchase an item and decided to grab a sandwich and small bag of chips and French vanilla coffee. I made it an ice coffee with a few pumps of their French vanilla creamer and mind you the biggest size is 1.64 I believe, correct me if I'm wrong though. I can see that I'm becoming, slowly but surely, a coffee drinker, ugh uh oh another bad habit lol. Well I actual like their coffee and yes the biggest reason is that its way cheaper than Starbucks and mcdz frappes and ice coffee and I can make it the way I want it. The staff are always friendly and that location is always clean. I'll Definitely return, real soon. read more

Today I wanted to redeem some of my reward points (which I hardly ever do) and was told that I could not do it without having the Kama'aina Card present to avoid fraud of someone else using the points. Since they allow me to utilize my phone number to get credit when I make a purchase, I do not carry it. In fact, I cannot think of on the top of my head where the card is. Therefore, I asked the clerk, "since I probably lost it could I have a new one now that I know we need it physically to redeem points?" The clerk answered, "we don't have any right now". To me, if you are allowing someone to punch in their phone number to access the account to "add" points, then you should incorporate a similar process to redeem the points like maybe adding a "pin number" to the account. I say this because in this day and age, everyone has gone cardless. No one wants to carry a thousand reward cards with them every where they go. If Bank of Hawaii can go cardless (a secure financial institution), then your organization can figure out something to allow people to redeem their points without a physical card to be present! read more

I had been going to get gas at this station for a little while now. Today I decided to try their car wash. My reserved parking space is under a tree and my car has been the recipient of the birds. I had taken car to this new car wash in Gentry and paid for the top of the line wash. There were lots of attendants but I don't know what they were there for except to push the button to get the wash started. My car went in and out and only the bird poop looked clean. Needless to say I was disgusted. When I took my car through the Hele wash (which was cheaper) the people working there gave my car a thorough brushing with soapy water before they rolled my car through the wash itself. When I came out there was a guy who wiped down my windows and sides to get rid of the excess water. My car looks wonderful. I highly recommend this car wash. read more

I went to the Hele Gas Station at 1529 Dillingham Blvd on Sunday, December 2 at 7:45am. The line was horrible going out the door. The worker was complaining that Rosalie was suppose to be in the store working but she was outside making out with her boyfriend for at least 10 minutes. All of us in line were witness to this and nothing could be done to bring her in. Something has to be done since this seems to be a chronic problem. I will attempt to go again on Sunday and see what's up if there are any improvements. read more

I came here around 1:30ish , I tried to open the door until I realized the little tiny sign saying to go to the little side window. Last time I came here I was actually able to open the door and pay for my car around this time. I only come to the gas station maybe once every two weeks, how was I supposed to know. Soo.. I spent like a minute figuring out where exactly the window was and found it. I see the lady and she was REALLY rude. It's my first time paying for it this way she just tells me what I want and then slides the drawer open. And I'm just standing there like WTF am I supposed to do, you can at least tell me I'm supposed to put card inside instead of just glaring at me with your attitude. After I handed her my card 5-10 minutes of just standing there just waiting for my card, she comes back from her register and tells me my card is not working and if I have cash or another card in a sassy tone. Trying to hold my patience and not get pissed off I handed her my other card and waited for another 5 minutes for her to just come back saying this don't work either. Oh yea forgot to mention why I had to go there was because I was on gas pump 8 , unfortunately they DON'T take cards. LMFAO Well anyways I just took my card back and started to get pissed off at the lady. I drove myself around to the gas pump in front of the store so I can pay for it with the card that APPARENTLY doesn't work. THANK YOU LADY for wasting like 15 minutes of my time, I now learn my lesson. NUMBER 1, go to the gas pump that can accept your card or NUMBER 2 bring cash so I can just give it to you and drive off ,you may keep the change because I'm not coming back. Relax, Customers are in the store, And that was a pretty uncomfortable visit. Rude graveyard shift. Now I've never had a problem with this gas station before and I don't always expect the workers to be in an "I love my job" mood because let's face it, who really likes going to work but this was just ridiculous. I'm standing by the window where we now have to pay I see her stocking or whatever in the middle of the store, I stand there for like a minute but it's the middle of the night and it's kind of sketchy, didn't expect to have to use the window because I've never had to use the window here before so I try to knock but apparently that window is like sound proof or something I don't know, maybe I was supposed to do something else to get her attention but I'm not going to stand there to figure it out so of course I walk to the main door to knock since it actually makes a loud knocking sound & I knock a few times before she hears. Then she has the nerve to come out of the isle then hollers, "hello go to the window" like yeah I know I was trying to get your attention because obviously you didn't see me there in the first place. Then she walks over to the window irritated and goes "what you want?!" in a very annoyed tone. I tell her nicely and she still wants to roll her damn eyes. Whatever lady. I came here at 1:18am in the morning and had to use the little side window. I saw the lady near the door when I parked the car on the side ...and I watched as she quickly walked to the back of the store. So I pressed the button, no acknowledgement...just slowly walking by the glass with her cart. I waited a whole minute standing there and pressed the button again. She walks clear to the front door and then back over to the little window to help me. No smile, just motioned me to tell her what I needed. I tell her, she takes my money asks for ID and then slowly gives me what I asked for. She gives me 9 dollars in dollar bills with a smirk. Bruh...why even open to the public if you don't want to help the customers. Just put up a closed sign so you can stock your store all night with no interruptions...wasted 10 minutes of my life waiting and then 3 minutes to get what I needed.
