You pull up to the front of garage door; A mechanic came to ask what I needed and I handed him the keys. The work was great. I paid 32$ for a synthetic blend oil change. I'm pretty sure my mechanic, Victor, also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and checked to make sure my tire pressure was correct. He's a really nice guy. The waiting area is a little run down, but the speedy service made it so no one has to sit too long. It's best to know what you want and the prices of the product before going in and then clearly telling the mechanic. They are mechanics and not customer service reps, so best to make it as clear as possible what you want. I've attached a picture of the prices.

I have gone to this shop twice in the last few years…read more The first time was around early 2006 and I brought a 1995 Toyota 4Runner for repair due to an engine oil leak. They did a really good job fixing it in two days and the price was very reasonable. I brought a 2005 Mazda 3 to them about 2 months ago (March 2010). The AC had stopped working on the car. I went to to them one weekday morning and asked them to diagnose the problem. I told them that I had limited time that day. I could not leave the car to them, but would bring it back for repair if needed. I was under the impression that the compressor needed to be replaced based on my research over the internet. They actually started to work on my car almost immediately. A little while later they told me that there was a leak somewhere in the AC system. The freon was completely gone, so the compressor stopped working. They had refilled the freon and it restarted again. They also added some dye into the freon, so they can identify the leak later. In the mean time, since the AC was working fine, the leak maybe very small and just needed to refill freon periodically instead of repair or replace the compressor. I left the place after about 1 hour and 20 minutes. My AC was working fine. I later found out the price they charged me was slightly below the market rate for similar services. The AC is still running strong today. I believe that this is an honest and fair shop that does a good job at taking care of cars. Highly recommended!!

Oil change services are performed in the front bays facing the beltway while cleaning services are performed in the rear bays. I came during a weekday lunch and had no wait. Overall, the whole process took about one hour. Although it was a little strange when they came out after about 30 minutes and said we're about wrapped up with your vehicle, how's our timing? But then, it still took another 30 minutes to finish up everything. Needless to say, still very friendly service from everyone I encountered. Clean restrooms and convenient location.

This week, my engine light went on and when I called yesterday, Mr. Atit told me to tighten my gas cap and drive for 10-20 miles before coming in. Sure enough, my gas cap has this exact waning on the outside and after doing as he instructed, the light went off today (and let's hope it stays that way)! It was very kind and admirable of him to save me my time and money. I don't think any other shops in the area would do the same.
