Great service station good for if you are in a hurry during lunch. I got my oil changed on a weekday in about 15-20 min. The process was easy. You pull up to the front of garage door; A mechanic came to ask what I needed and I handed him the keys. The work was great. I paid 32$ for a synthetic blend oil change. I'm pretty sure my mechanic, Victor, also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and checked to make sure my tire pressure was correct. He's a really nice guy. The waiting area is a little run down, but the speedy service made it so no one has to sit too long. It's best to know what you want and the prices of the product before going in and then clearly telling the mechanic. They are mechanics and not customer service reps, so best to make it as clear as possible what you want. I've attached a picture of the prices. read more

Victor Lopez is a great guy and will work with you as much as he can to get your car back in shape. I recently just visited the shop and met the new owner, Jeff, and he was delightful. He honored the discount that I usually get for my oil change even though I forgot my coupon. That was very honorable of him. After my previous review the company looked me up in their system and called me multiple days in a row. A man ended up leaving a voicemail stating that the location had been bought by a different company. No apology for my experience. No plan for how they are planning on fixing the very clear problem that women are being harassed at this location by their employees. If management changes, it doesn't mean the employees change. If you want women to be able to trust you, you have to have an action plan. Not continue to harass them because of a poor review. I still do not recommend this place. read more

I have never gotten an inspection done so promptly and quickly! The first place I tried to go to told me it was going to be a couple hours before they would be able to get to my car, and I thought, "are you serious??" I was going to give up for the day since I knew there were going to be lines everywhere since it was the first day of the month, but I decided to try this Kwik Kar that was close by. When I pulled up, I looked in the inspection line and no one was there!! I got excited because I knew I would be the first one up. I pull up to the auto garage and I asked them how long it would take to complete an inspection, and they happily told me 15-20 minutes. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. I am not sure how much business this place gets since I went on a weekday and not weekend, but when I was waiting, there were maybe 2 cars in the shop but only one person waiting. I have been here twice, for the record. The first time, I had a decent experience - but still something seemed fishy. The second time visiting for an oil change things got out of hand. I asked for an oil change which they did without hesitation or question, and that went over smoothly. I then proceeded to ask if they thought my tires would pass inspection if I were to get it inspected that day. The guy said "oh you want to get it inspected too? We can do that for you quickly". I responded, "No, I want to know if you think my tires will pass inspection if I decide to get it inspected today". "Oh okay, we can take a look at that for you". They then proceeded to tell me I needed 2 new wiper blades (all the meanwhile they are still 'checking my tires'). 10 minutes later they came out and said "your tires are so close to passing inspection but my manager is going to make you a deal and give you two rear tires for 376$ which is a huge discount and then we can pass your inspection". First off, i can get tires at Costco cheaper than you guys any day, and i get free rotations, so don't try and sell me on this crap. Secondly, I heard a mechanic talking to what was obviously the manager/owner of this location (yes, i was eavesdropping for this specific reason that follows) and i heard the manager say - "I don't care if its going to pass or not, because either way, we are still getting our money". Bad business right there, for which I will not be returning (actually, I might return just to say no to everything these bastards offer). Lastly, I go to pay the bill, and what else could I expect besides the inspection charge being on there, after I specifically asked them just to see if my tires would pass inspection and from there I would decide if I wanted to go through with it that day. This is the only location I have been to of this chain - but believe me - stay away. They will con you for your money, and that is all they care about - as do most dealerships/mechanics. They do not care about the customer here, nor your wallet. read more

They got me in fast and it probably took about 15 minutes total for an oil change. Told me my car needed a new air filter and wiper blades. Don't need all this feedback when I just asked for an oil change. They charge twice as much as other places around $70.00. I can go elsewhere for $35 and still get an oil change without opinions about what my car needs. Even though it is close, I won't be back to pay double of what I've paid before for the same service. Just got back home from being ripped off by the owner. I will go ahead and admit that I am ignorant when it comes to cars. They charged me around $30 last time and this time he claimed that I HAVE TO have synthetic oil that costs more and charged me $60 after a $10 discount. Came home, looked at my owner's manual, and Nope- I do not have to have synthetic oil in my car. Never going back there again. Nicely played. read more

Terrible. I don't know who approached me, but he kept trying to rub his hand on my thigh and hold my hand while i was telling him what was wrong. It was a very easy fix, but he wouldn't let me get in the hood to show them and repeatedly told me to calm down - even though I wasn't raising my voice or anything the entire time. I eventually just had them rig the issue so i could drive my car somewhere else to get it fixed. Never stepping foot here again. read more

I went in for a simple state inspection. My husband had taken the car for an oil change a week earlier. My wiper blades have worked just fine and no alerts have shown up on my maintenance screen. First off...they seemed nice and attentive, but I soon realized this was a massive shake down joint. They told me after they started the inspection of which they would keep the fee even if it failed that I needed new blades on ALL THREE of my wipers. I know that was not true, but I was being held hostage. They said I needed lights above my license plate...which could or could not have been true. I have no idea, but after the whole episode I am skeptical. After the inspection is supposedly over they say i have some massive oil leak....remember I have no low oil light coming on....and that they will CHECK it. Nothing further is said. When I go to check out, they add an additional amount to what was initially agreed to for the back wiper and another fee for cleaning up oil that I never asked for or agreed to. I told them this was not okay at all and that as a first time customer I would also be a last time customer. This was a huge con-job and shake down. Customer beware! read more

This was my first time at this location and I will definitely recommend it and be back! The lobby area was clean and very accommodating. They were well stocked with a variety of magazines and had a tv to watch. There was a refrigerator with water and soda as well as a Keurig for coffee. The service was wonderful! They installed wrong size air filter and i drove my truck 12,000 miles before i realized that the extra sound ( hot rod loud) I noticed after they serviced my vehicle was caused by the extra airflow bypassing air inlet filter . My van is a ford e250 with big v8 and they used an e150 filter for a small motor!!. what kind of mechanic would select a smaller filter than what he or she pulled out!!! what a bunch of morons. Any way I still used them to change oil on my BMW and van because they were cheap and are close by .I knew they had to be watched ! stuff that's included on oil service are simple things that they would leave off like washer fluid or check battery water level and they would charge me for greasing lower ball joints and controls arm joints and i would check and you can tell that they did not even put a grease gun to the fittings because the old grease coated with road grime was still on fitting. They recently started a flag display next to the road BUT!!! I will not use them any more and I am by no means racists !! I can not stand a FRICKIN mexican flag flying at a business in the U.S.A.!!! makes me ill just looking at it!! Sure the owner has a right to free speech and I have a right to interpret it other than his intentions!! Also he has the display of flags incorrect and is dishonoring the AMERICAN FLAG , The correct method is US flag on the left then TEXAS then mexico facing the audience which are the cars passing by on the street; I called to voice my concern as a customer that i have ceased any business with them because of the mexican flag display and was immediately called a racist !! screw these ass wipes they think just because i hate the mexican flag i am racists.!! My kids are 1/2 mexican so screw you buddy! Last year they replaced the a/c compressor on my VW Passat. I went back twice because it was not cooling properly. They put a thermometer in the inlet to show that it cools. The second opinion I have is that replacement compressor is spray painted to suggest that it is remanufactured and unequal to a new one. Two stars is for cooling a little, which is unsatisfactory. They are okay for oil changes, but not major repairs. read more
